She isn't a member of the forum, though. But I would imagine learning to draw dragons is just like learning to draw anything. Imitate, recreate, then create your own. Dragons are extremely detailed creatures. I would suggest a book that sells at Michael's arts and crafts stores that deals with all aspects of drawing them.
