Photoshop brushes. This was made using a tutorial, so I can't really do prints with it or anything. But this is one that I made by myself:

Looks good, is that at 100%? The figure looks a little bit distorted or jaggered around the edges slightly. I definitely like that splash effect you've applied to it.
