New Forum for DA-SAI?

So I'm sitting here doodling and thinking to myself instead of waiting for the MoD to show up (which I'm pretty sure she will not anytime soon) why not make a new forum. If a new one was made it'd be exactly like this one except for what people think we don't need and whatnot. If there is still staff active on this one they will made the same on the other unless if people want it all changed up.

It was just a thought I had. Instead of staying here bitching and moaning we can do something about it.

If you want it to happen I'll go ahead and get it all started up and become an advertising whore and see if we can't bring DA-SAI back to life. This DA-SAI is gone. There is no bringing it back but we could start fresh.


Whattaya say?

Makes me feel important. Despite the fact I only have like...300 something posts.

I hate it when people vote and don't post their reason. Why even vote?

Buster, we all like how we are but until this place gets fixed up I can't be here anymore. It looks horrible. It's not going to draw members. It's just one big eye sore. So when MoD and MoD only comes back we can venture back to this forum so consider the other one a temp until we have our forum back and a regular administrator that can take care of issues as they arrive.

Btw, another forum has been made so as soon as I get the banner for it up I'll share the link.

I voted that DA-SAI is done, I'm up for everyone to start a new Forum, But if everyone is going to get together and do this, why not start fresh without the old baggage such as the name, DA-SAI personally was MOD's forum and carrying that badge will continue to give me the impression that it'll be MOD's forum.


I'd like to see you all gather and create something which in turn will reflect you all.


Let DA-SAI die, and in it's place a new one grow.

But the point is to not let DA-SAI die. We have ventured off and done our own thing and we still are. DA-SAI is just what we all know and how we all met and I'm assuming that us lingering people would like to keep that bond or maybe it's just me. WHO KNOWS!

I would love for us to start over and here is a fresh new board for that and if MoD does come back to fix this place up I'm sure nobody will hesitate to come back to her, myself included.

it may be a bit late now that there's a new one up, but I agree with dan. I still check up with it multiple times a week, but in the entire time that I've been a member, it's never really been alive.

You don't have to join it if you don't want to but I would love for you too. You're a big part of our family and I would love for you to be there. Dan too.
&I understand that you think we should just let it die but we don't want that and neither does MoDly. A new forum will help with that.

I was talkin' to MoD about this & I figured I'd share with you all what she wrote me.

I'm going to have to pass for now, My commitments lie with MS but hopefully at a later date i'll decide to drop in and see how's things are doing once again.

It's nice that MoD decided to drop you a letter, but slightly dissapointed she didn't bother to post one up on the forums since alot of people here are just hanging around for her return (IMO)

Either way, hope the new forum takes off, and hopefully If I can get in talks with DA we could somehow start an affliate or something.

I say we get a new forum going.
But what kind of community would we be building it around?
Would it be anime oriented again?

it'd be basically the same thing as here except without the classes, obviously, unless someone knew what they were talking about. you're there now so you know. ;)
