Ok feel free to be as creative as you want here, but keep it realistic..err as realistic In DBZ. Don't make your moves God moddy, Don't Copy moves like spirit bomb, but name it something else because it's too hard to get. And make it within your character's abilities, no human turning to acid or ripping a hole in the dimensions. Make attacks fair, For stronger one's give it more energy use/ longer charge time/ leaves you open/slower or whatever, for weaker ones make it faster/not long charge and stuff, we won't make it super strict, post your idea's and we'll tell you whats wrong or if it's good. We will always post A suggestion if you want..and even if you don't want it at times..
