Black is buildings, white is the alley, red is convicts, blue is good guys. You are in the middle, the clearer area, and to the "north" and "south" there is an enormous melee. There are doors to east and west. Hethwaite, Jarran, and Friedrich on the west side and Lambert, Collum and Gort on the east side.

This is the bridge of the Resolution, for you to get an idea of how cluttered it is and what sort of work is done there. We may refer back to this (if, for example, the bridge is attacked by mutineers), but for now, don't worry too much about the scale or exact locations. The left side of the map faces forward on the ship, so bottom is port, top is starboard, and right is stern.
