Playing a lot of Left 4 Dead recently coupled with Jacob's roleplay(s) have given me a little idea.

If Jacob will let me, I was thinking of having a small group of citizens/pdf stuck in a zombie-infested city on Augustin IV and chronicling their struggle to escape and get evacuated back to an Imperial-controlled safe area.

This'll probably be one which is very survival-oriented and involve more running than fighting (unless you manage to find decent weapons anyway) and lots and lots of zombies. Lots.

So, what do you all think?

I like it (love it more like) I have written a similar one in the fact it's a survival one but it's more defensive

Excellent, I have the four vict- *ahem* volunteers I need. Soonish I'll get a rollcall thread up for the usual reason and with a bit of an explanation of what is acceptable in terms of character design (e.g. normal people and no heavy weapons).

An 'orbital strike' hit a guys dead pile, and the staff memeber said this meant they turned into 4 zombies o.o who then went on to take an objective that won the game...

Now that is rather interesting. I remember me and a friend statted some homebrew rules for plague zombies in Inquisitor and basically had to fight our way through a horde of them to reach an Imperial outpost.
There was an incident with my veteran with his meltagun, storage silos full of promethium, and a lot of zombies as I recall. There was lots of fire.

Nope, sorry there. You're just regular citizens who're for some reason immune to the zombie plague virus. Check the rollcall; stuff's up there already.

ok but perhaps we should say one thing: You are a veteran guardsman, the only veteran of the lot and you have to save us by teaching us how to fire a gun and load a gun while being atttacked by zombies
