SERIOUSLY, WHAT DO YOU KNOW ABOUT WARHAMMER 40,000?
Firstly, understand that this is NOT a spam ad. Please read on... My name is Maverick and I am the Project Director for the Battlefleet Gothic Project. We are looking to partner with 40K fan sites such as Damage Inc. and others to help us develop our latest work. We are currently developing a new supplement for Battlefleet Gothic which will link it to 40K and Planetary Empires creating the opportunity for richly flavoursome games and expansive campaigns. Battlefleet Gothic: Chronicles seeks to dramatically and dynamically expand the scope of the game and will include a comprehensive chronicled history of the 40K gameverse, thematic introductions and descriptions for each faction and a number of maps. SO WHAT'S THE DEAL? We are looking to YOU the game community to get on-board and partner alongside us. We are looking for anyone who ever picked up a codex or a rulebook and thought "I wish I had the opportunity to write that stuff". Please let me know - I will be very interested to speak with you. i would like to see this made and would also be interesting if it was combinable with the other mods (so you kinda have a campaign in a solar system, to invade a planet you need to destroy the ships nearby and then invade with the normal land battles) -------------------- Age of Mythology Heaven Scenario Design, AI scripting and modding forums moderator.

Awesome guys.
If you haven't visited us yet, please do so. We are currently updating the site so if things appear a little dead at first don't let it fool you (most of the juicy development is conducted behind closed doors).  If you want to get on-board sign-up and introduce yourself on the boards. What the GL-40K system represents is the ability to run a campaign using Planetary Empires, fight space battles (ranging in size from patrol engaugements, to fleet actions, to the clashes of mighty armadas) using BFG, conduct bloody boarding actions using 40K Cities of Death, commit planetary assault using 40K Planetstrike, fight urban skirmishes using 40K Cities of Death, fight raging tank battles using 40K Spearhead and fight total war using 40K Armageddon or even Epic Armageddon. As you can see, it would be very easy to then link to other systems such as ORPGs. -------------------- |

its a mod for DC (just released a new version) there is the Firestorm over Kaurava mod too from the same group this is for WA on another note is the first SS version WOA (Warpstorm over Aurelia) this is also the name of the DOW2 mod which is in process, textures and animations are all they need to do, then the first good sized mod wiill be released with guard, necrons, tau and Sisters of battle its meant to be tabletop interpreted slightly into the world of dawn of war but also keeping the armies all balanced (as some arent in the codexes due to the outdated codex) -------------------- Age of Mythology Heaven Scenario Design, AI scripting and modding forums moderator.
