I thought of something that might be of use to us earlier when I was showering (which is where I do the bulk of my thinking), and I wanted to share it with everyone! *evil grins*

I was thinking of something to advance the Plot (Storyline) system on the board. I think that members should have to earn the amounts of plot lines or things that can happen to them with Plot Points. Every time someone does something good, like recruit a member, do some good deed on the board (in or out of character) we will give them plot points. With those points they could "purchase" certain plots or happenings from the storyline forum. Such as things like imprinting, falling in love, becoming ill or injured, getting into a fight with someone (or winning that fight); anything that a member might want to happen to their character. It could even be extended to groups. Like, how the plot says the covens in Alaska are fighting...the coven with the most points will be able to purchase plot lines such as winning quarrels, being able to move to another area, ultimately winning a war.

Basically plot points will allow members to pick and choose what they want to happen to their character or with their group and ultimately make things more interesting as well as encourage good behavior and possibly help to push others into finding us new members.

This was a very quickly thrown together and underdeveloped idea, but it might help push the site along and give members something to RP for.

Eh..:/ it's kind fo ocmplicated. I don't know. We can look into it and try to develope it better.

It'll be a simple reward system.
We can keep the coven/pack total points in a special post in the Storyline forum as well as every one's personal points. Then we can create a store of plot lines and events for people to "purchase" with their points. (Depending on how many points the Volturi gives out for certain deeds.)

I think its worth a try to see how it does.





Also: We could have another Rez, the Makahs. I just read Eclipse and the talked about the Makahs. If we ever need more werewolf tribes.
