What about making 2 identical maps landscape wise. One made in the time like the game will be and another in another past period. Entering the second map by a stonering/ruine deep in the wood, maybe a offerstone. When entering you come on same map but a long time ago, the entered ruin might be a part of a bigger temple, there are other creatures, houses etc.

Same could be done to enter a more developed (evil) planet map with harder creatures to beat. You could get invasjons both from past or future in the main world.
Just some thoughts

It's an interesting idea, but I do not think I will have plans to make it possible to travel through time due to possible conflicts when thinking of a large population of people playing at once.

No, I do understand what you mean, and there will be more than one map. All I was saying is that, say you could go into another time frame, that double the amount of space that people could travel, which would eventually add up to a huge amount of empty space if there aren't a ton of people on the server.

However, it is an idea that I would like to keep open and available. smile.gif
