Where Near bases his investigations while he's in the United States. Only those with permits can get inside. Its a large building on the outskirts of the city, with plenty of space and rooms, and also very tight security. Don't think of trying to sneak in. From the outside you can't tell what it is...

Where Mello lurks. Its a secluded, deserted-looking building thats extremely hard to find unless you're looking for it. You COULD get in easily enough, but it probably wouldn't be a good idea. Mello has tight security too, and THESE guards aren't afraid to kill. Watch yourself.

There are no schools on the inside of the city really, but there is a pretty nice college. Its large and protected, with lots of classrooms and stuff. meh.
