The orphanage that Watari ran before his death. It is a large, beautiful estate with large courtyards, a very colonial-based feel, and a regal atmosphere. For this isn't just any average orphanage. The orphans here are trained to succeed L if anything were to happen to him. They all train hard. With Near, Mello, and Matt out of this place, there's a new ranking as well. Check out the classrooms for an update.
