Apparently, this is where Kira is. That's a scary thought, right? Be careful around this town- a lot goes on around here. This is where most of the killings are concentrated... but you should be okay as long as you don't rebel against Kira, and you're not a criminal. Rumor is the police are really antsy these days. They want this case to end.
