There doesn't seem to be anything here... except... well... nothing. Some shinigami come her occasionally. Actually, there do appear to be very large, round dunes made of sand that you can walk right into. It seems to be a whole, and from here the shinigami can look down into the human world. If a shinigami knows the name and face of a human, they can locate them using these holes.

This area has many stones and bones. It appears to be a shapeless heap of rubbish, where chains hang down from a non-existent ceiling along with shapeless masses of spider web. The sky is always the color of pitch here. Shinigami congregate in places like this.
