Idling Around, OTA

[Elisien]

Eli flipped her mobile phone open, seeing a few messages that were sent to her. Her parents were currently in another country, and her teachers were sending her notes to make-up for her absents. She sighed, scanning the messages and placed her phone back into her bag.

She was clad in a black skirt, a white blouse with a vest to match it, and black boots. Her hair was down, and she walked quietly down the streets of the so-called 'Fashion District' of Tokyo. There were many people, flocking from one store to the next. She could also see people express themselves through their looks.

Spiked hair. Metal bands. Stuff like that. All found in this area.

She wasn't really looking for anything in particular.

Well, all she wanted was to get out and walk..

Arisa loved Harajuku.

Arisa loved Harajuku so much she decided to go Goth-Loli today!

She had a puffy black dress on with long flowing sleeves. A crucifix necklace, with a lacy middle and a pink ribbon for buttons.

She also had a corset on.

She was in her Air Trecks, looking around as the Police were baffled as to how a young-looking girl was spinning circles around Harajuku like a pro.

Indeed, how?

Then, Arisa bumped into something... girly from behind.

"OHMYGOSHSORRY--"

Eli walked around the sidewalk, peering at the shops. There weren't much interesting items to look at, and most of the items had a hinting of 'punk' in them. She shivered at thought of those steel mouth piercings, and went on her way.

Some of the Police passed through the streets, their eyes scanning for ATers. The lilac-haired girl said nothing, as they left and sighed. The increases in reckless ATers were increasing and the Police were way stricter now.

She shrugged and continued walking.

"I have to be more caerful---!!"

Something..or rather someone crashed into her, and she was sent staggering a bit.

Good thing she was quite balanced due to being a Storm Rider, and quickly recovered.

"OHMYGOSHSORRY--" A raven girl apologized. Eli blinked, looking at her. She was clad in a goth loli attire..with ATs?

"Huh..? No..No..It's fine." Eli replied, unsure of what to say. "I'm quite alright."

[Kasuga Arisa]

"Oh my gosh! I'm so sorry! Did I ruin your skirt?" Arisa asked, as she then just settled to wear her ATs and not roll in them. She grinned at the girl.

"I hope I wasn't such a klutz.."

Then, she took her hand out and smiled. "Kasuga Arisa, Yoroshiku!"

"Oh my gosh! I'm so sorry! Did I ruin your skirt?" The girl asked, as she grinned sheepishly at Eli. "I hope I wasn't such a klutz.."

"Huh..? No, no." She replied, blinking. "There wasn't any damage done." Eli added, smiling warmly at her. She was surprised seeing the color of her eyes, a deep shade of red that stood out with her raven hair. What was even more surprising was that she was in a dress...And skating.

Then, she took her hand out and smiled. "Kasuga Arisa, Yoroshiku!"

Slowly, Eli shook the other girl's hand.

"Elisien Kamigawa. Pleasure." Eli greeted. "..Isn't it a bit dangerous to be skating with a skirt, especially with the Police around?"

True enough, there were people who kept glancing at their direction.

Then, she smiled at Elisien. "Anyway! I'mma here to do some shoopin'!"

Arisa shook her head and smiled. "They'll never be too fast to catch me." Then she turned towards someone and winked. Eli wasn't sure who, but she crossed her arms.

Well, Arisa certainly knew what she was talking about. The raven-haired girl seemed so sure about her skills..

She smiled at Elisien. "Anyway! I'mma here to do some shoopin'!"

Eli gave her a friendly smile and replied. "I am too..Though I'm not sure what to get..Some of the newer items are just..Weird."

She glanced at the store with the tongue piercings and shivered slightly.

"You're in the Rock area, silly! Goth Loli is somewhere farther in, and Harajuku Fashion is all around! These shops--the Rock ones--all have great Harajuku fashion stuff. You just gotta know where to find it!" Arisa smiled. She pulled on Elisien's sleeve and pointed at one store.

"That one sells great ribbons."

She pointed at another store. "That one specializes in tailor-made Gothic Lolita outfits."

Arisa grinned. "See? All you have to know is where to buy it!"

The older girl began explaining the areas to her. She pointed into some places, and Eli nodded, listening to her. Well, she really did seem to know her way in the area. The purple-haired girl let herself be taught by Arisa.

"That one sells great ribbons."

She pointed at another store. "That one specializes in tailor-made Gothic Lolita outfits."

Arisa grinned. "See? All you have to know is where to buy it!"

"Oh. I see."Elisien replied softly, blinking.

"You really know your way here..I feel so lost just stepping in this area.." She told the other truthfully.

Arisa's hips stuck out and she gave a wink. "You have to know to appease to find the places you need." She grinned; she took a motherly overtone these past few days; no one knew why.
