Name: Theodore Kinsey Alias[optional]: Flash Phantom Gender: Male Hometown: Ottawa, Canada Age: 20 Team/Ranking: C Rank
Physical Description: Mostly a scrawny guy (roughly 114 lbs), standing at a height of 5'11" exactly. Theo's hair is auburn, shoulder-length and thin. His face is squared, and his skin mildly tanned - no hair adorns his facial features. His nose is slightly bent to the right from when he broke it two years back. Though not very tall his arms appear lanky because they're thin and his fingers are slightly longer than is normal, as are his toes. He has a light dusting of auburn hair along his abdomen, a "treasure trail."
He mostly wears a grim expression, his clothes are loud - often vibrant, clashing colours.
Personality: Theodore is an easygoing man, never sweating the small stuff. This can partially be attributed to his laid back nature, and the fact he smoked certain illegal substances for two years while in north America. Though generally calm and down-to-Earth, he's easily surprised and mostly unconcentrated.
Theo is relatively anti-social, preferring to keep close company with those he's already established mutual relationships with. He's severely paranoid about strangers, to the point people sometimes question his mental health. On the outside, everything seems just fine, but on the inside, he could be flipping out entirely.
Strengths: -a tactician -very speedy -high trick success rate/accuracy
Weaknesses: -easily surprised/caught off guard -colourblind -slightly dependant on teammates -not a lot of physical strength -lightweight
History: Theodore Kinsey was born in the city of Ottawa, Capitol of Canada. From a young age he was always interested in going fast. He drove around in G.I. JOE electric kiddie toy cars and spluttered on about how he'd be the fastest person in the world one day. Time-skipping forward, Theo has discovered Air Trecks in the wonderful country of Japan. He was transferred here as an exchange student, and was quick to fall in love with the trend.
When he returned to North America, not a day went by that he missed Japan, and the air trecks he'd tried out. He would always remember, fondly for some reason, how his first excursion had sent him into a wall and broke his nose. Once he had finished up his remaining year, Theodore spent the next year working, all the while dreaming about returning to Japan.
As luck would have it, a close cousin of his was going over to Japan for a few months on business - he was a freelance photographer. Theo bought his own ticket and travelled with his cousin to the land he so desired to visit again and, if he could, live in. Once again, luck was on his side. As his cousin was packing his bags, Theo spoke with the landlady whose house they had been living in for the past four months - he easily convinced her to let Theo take over his cousin's rent and live there himself.
For the remaining time he had been there before his 20th birthday, Theo practiced with airtrecks, having contacted old friends from when he'd been here before. Some of them had given it up, others were only recreational about it. But for once, Theo had reverted back to his childlike self. As he practiced, his mind was one-tracked, 'I want to go faster than anyone else!'
It's now that we find Theo where he is today, with his very own pair of air trecks, modded and calibrated to fit his personal needs. He'd gained enough knowledge to do some minimal customization, and had added on electric pulses at the heels. They cost him a lot of money, and his job didn't pay out much, so it put him in a bit of trouble with the rent. Soon enough he became associated with Parts War and worked his way up to Rank C where he sat very comfortably. The parts he got that he couldn't use he sold to aid in his debts. It wasn't the most idyllic lifestyle, but it's how Theo lived.
As Theo worked his way up, he spread rumors of himself, instigating a name that was perhaps not quite fitting just yet. But perhaps in some time, Theo will fit right into the "Flash Phantom's" shoes - or air trecks, so to speak.
Air Trecks Description: Theo's trecks are solid Umber in colour with black laces. The trecks are mostly normal, but it's been outfitted with an electric pulse generator on the sole of the treck, where the heel goes. When pressed it sends the motor into overtime. Also, between his two wheels was a third wheel that was raised off the ground. In the event of a heavy fall, this wheel would touch the ground and add an extra push, rising back off of the ground as the pressure on it was let off. There's a smiley face sticker stuck to the left treck's heel.
