"Kings" (despite Gender), are the most advanced users in the AT world. To prove that, they have their own Regalia. Regalia are incredibly powerful AT parts that each possess a unique design and ability based on the 'road' they represent. 'Roads' represent the 'ability' of the Storm Rider. Each AT user has their own unique road. The roads are markings on any surface left by practicing the techniques. Over time, the markings accumulate and become a road.

Kings have to have also successors in which they pass the Regalia on, so that person could be the next King.

As of now there are Twelve Kings...

[Current Wind King: Kamigawa Elisien]
Title: Wind King
Road: Wing Road
Description of Road: Uses interfaces to create and ride on the surface of different air densities.
Regalia name: Bagram
Regalia Ability: The rear wheels turn into "wings". Special training is needed to actually use this regalia, when fully trained the user is able to use the regalia to help produce large amounts of wind to send debris flying at least 180 mph. Also if the user is experienced enough one can activate the regalias true form and use the wind regalia to temporarily cancel out the infinity atmosphere of other regalia thereby nullifying their abilities.

Eli's bagram is slightly modified compared to last Wind King. The rear wheels turn into three pairs of wings, which is where her alias came from, due to this the nullifying ability is increased. Eli is a speed-type, using her Regalia to it's fullest potential.

Road:Flame Road
Description: Wheels create illusions of fire with friction. Ability activates by using the wheels to create enough friction to ignite the ground to cause a rising current of air that can cause any number of illusions to the eye such as light refraction, etc.
Regalia name: Hou-ou
Regalia Ability: The Regalia is built for speed-type Storm Riders. The regalia's ability is to increase frictional property of the [flame] road, the said regalia is built for speed riders such as the well known Spitfire, and the former Flame King, Kazuma Mikura; because of the immense friction that is caused by the regalia, sometimes, tracks of flames are left behind.

As a speed-type rider, the person becomes so fast that sometimes he becomes "invisible" to the cameras and to the naked eye. But to stop, he uses the "T-Stop" maneuver which is Spin, Turn then Stop.

Road: Rising Road
Road Description: The road is marked by magnetic fields, left by repeated activation of the regalia during practice sessions. The magnetic fields, if strayed upon, cause hallucinations to the nervously sensitive (meaning those who have great control over their nervous system), while it only gives the rest grounding sensations. It is visually unseen, so many people would usually accidentally enter the magnetic field.
Regalia Name: Ixion
Regalia Ability: Ixion is the thunder regalia, the owner of which is the only one who can cause hallucinations and magnetic fields, greatly increasing the voltage of the thunder user’s air trek by five times. The regalia suit which encases all of the King’s body except her head and neck and through which an electric current can run, provides a good effortless defense and offense.

The regalia has already been modified so that it can cause lightning to shoot off from different parts of the regalia suit and the wheels. As a sign of its element, Ixion speeds up its user.

Road: Bloody Road
Road Description: Instead of forging their road on a practice area like other roads, the Bloody Road creates scars and wounds on opponents, thus carving their road onto the enemy.
Regalia Name: Fang
Regalia Ability: Makes a compressed gust of air(shockwave) called a "fang". Ability activates by a rapid acceleration and braking of the wheels which creates the energy needed for the fang. It should be noted that a very experienced AT user can create a "fang" without the regalia, but this usually requires a lot of power from the AT user and the created "fang" can not compare to the power of a real "fang" from the fang regalia.

Road: Sonia Road
Road Description: Once described as the opposite of the Bloody Road, riders maneuver with their hips rather than their knees. Provides greater strength, maneuverability, and speed at the price of, at times, severe physical pain. Some practitioners are known to cushion their joints with nitrogen bubbles.
Regalia Name: Thorn Reaper
Regalia Ability: Rear wheels expand to create a "thorn" like whip. If the user can move fast enough so that the whips move faster than the speed of sound one can hit the opponent with a barrage of miniature sonic booms. Unfortunately this movements puts a great strain on a person's body.

Regalia Name: Ram Jet
Regalia Ability: Regalia body acts like a turbine to compress incoming air for bigger thrust. Works with the windmill principle.

Regalia Ability: Regalia core generates an energy field that gives the King power to control earth, such as rock or concrete. This control includes creating huge cracks in the ground or levitating rocks of various size.

[Current Spirit King: Akai Roe]
Title: Spirit King
Road: Spirit Road
Description: A wise man once said "Keep your distance to the bringer of spirits, for their claws may take your soul". This is the best way to describe the Spirit King and his road. The spirit king's ability relies heavily on air conditions to create "ghosts". The ghosts stay around 2 feet around the user, at this point, the user is untouchable physically, as touching these "ghosts" can prove fatal. A known weak spot of the Spirit King is directly on top of him.
Regalia name: Makai (Spirit World)
Regalia Ability: A special device connected to the sides of Roe's AT spin at incredible speed. With this, Roe is able to create vortexes and other spots of vacuumed air around him whose size depends on the air conditions, these are noted by whirling and warping air considered by many to look like "ghosts". Contact to these ghosts can cause severe respiratory failure and if prolonged, can cause death.

Road: Camellia Road
Road Description: The Camellia Road has been less known and has attracted a small following over the years; it being a place where mostly women are the practitioners of the Road. The road itself is not as dangerous as the others; it’s situated in a field of flowers and you have to defeat the natural elements to get past it. Maneuvering in Camellia Road requires Dexterity and Precision.
Regalia Name: Foetida
Regalia Ability: When moving, her Trecks will be able to unleash a powerful gust of wind to those in the general vicinity of her back; the area of effect is up until seventy meters away, to be pushed, the farther away, the lighter the push. Along with that, it has a scent of flowers which cause natural elements to disturb the opponent. These natural elements can be bumblebees, hummingbirds and those attracted to the scent of blossoms.

Road[b]: Frozen Road
[b]Road Description:The Frozen Road, one of the hardest roads to master, is the road hidden beneath layers of ice, and the winds which freeze everything they touch. This road bases itself on the ability to move before the opponent, granting great speed to all those are willing to take on the task of controlling it. Mastering the Frozen Road is a difficult task and causes the user's life to be put on the very line, as the road can only be mastered while in freezing temperatures, at locations which are hard to control one's balance and maintain control.

This road prides itself on the ability to use wind and onslaughts of ice to freeze the opponent, while achieving great speeds, the user spins continuously, pushing the motor of the AT to its very limits, and then changing the direction of the spin, cause a massive outburst of cold gas, which freezes all that it touches. A deadly road to master, a deadly road to face, a beautiful road to use. The Frozen Road is all of these.

Those who do complete the harsh training to master it, are granted a road in which they are bound simply by their ability, being able to create as much ice, snow, and frost, as their ability allows them. The faster the movements of the user, the more ice which can be outputted. The more spinning the user does, the greater the results. This is the road that hands over complete control to it’s master. Signs of this road are permanently frozen-over skid marks.
Regalia Name: Tsumetaiuindo (Icy Wind)
Regalia Ability: This Regalia focuses on sharpening and condensing the air around it into an ice-cool form, ready to be used for various attacks and tricks. Spinning increases the power of the ice used, and since speed affects the quantity produced, Tsumetaiuindo generally is built for speed as well as balance; this advantage is at the cost of a fairly brittle Regalia in need of more tuning than is usual (She can’t fight for extended periods of time, unless the arena happens to be in a very cold place).

The sign of the abilities being used is (harmless) fog left behind where Enzui’s Air Trecks have been. Since Enzui is extremely well-versed in both speed and balance, the only sign sometimes that she’s been in a place is this very fog.

Damnation Road: A mixture between the Flame Road and the Rising Road. Taking attributes from each, this is the dawn of a new hybrid road generation. Using strong bursts of speed and electrical power generated from the heart of the motors, rather than spurting out a constant velocity of speed like the Flame Road, it rather focuses on the magnetic wavelengths of the road it travels on and exhibits bursts of speed, relative to the varying wavelengths of the natural magnetics of the road.

Regalia: (Still in Repair): Cerberus-lockwheel

Named after the Beast that guards the gates to hell after crossing the river styx. It is mostly associated with pitch blackness and indecisiveness in the symbolism of the three heads of Cerebrus. Using a lockwheel method (as implied by the name) the wielder of this regalia can sustain speed bursts in and out continuously and randomly through a lockwheel method where the back wheel of one of the regalia is automatically locked causing a very random and unpredictable movement. The electricity from the motors takes quite a hit for the AT's constant stop-start motion and because of the magnetic fluctuations, one upside is the manipulation of mangetic waves in and out of the road or the medium used as a road. A major downside is the hip and back forces which are acting as a pulley system which constantly rip the body down the spine whenever a high speed move uses the lockwheel method.
