Note: Just like in the Cephal Ocean, no water Pokémon are required to be in your party to attempt this altar.

You have drifted so far out into the Cephal ocean that you can no longer see any sign of land or vessels. With no landmarks, it is difficult to tell where you have and have not searched for the altar. You let the gentle currents carry you where they may as you ponder your next move. Suddenly, the next move is made for you. A giant whirlpool opens up without warning and sucks in you and your Pokémon. After being washed down through an internet series of tubes, you are swept out into a dome at the bottom of the ocean. The water comes up to your waist, but at least there's air to breathe. In the middle of this dome is a white marble altar with some type of seaweed growing up the sides. A silver pokeball sits atop the altar. Inscribed on it are the words "GUARDIAN - TENSHIMIZU." The pokeball has already been opened and it contains nothing. This is apparently the altar for which you have been searching, but where is the Guardian?

As if in response to the question in your head, a glowing figure drifts toward you.

"Someone dares to challenge Tenshimizu, Elemental Spirit Guardian of the Ocean? It's about time! Do you have any idea how long it has been since I have seen a land creature such as yourself?"

"If you wanted company, maybe you should've had your altar built in a more accessible area, huh?" you reply.

"Impudent worm!" Tenshimizu tries to calm herself. "Forgive me. It has been so very long. But the ocean is my home. As Elemental Spirit Guardian of the Ocean, I watch over the water and the myriad of creatures that live within it. It is the place where life on this planet first appeared. The ecosystem within the ocean is delicate, and each creature, from the smallest plankton to the largest Wailmer, plays a vital role. The creatures of the ocean must work together to ensure that the circle of life continues. The most important --- are you listening to me?!"

"Zzzz --- huh? Of course."

"I have spent the past 300 years coming up with this speech and you refuse to listen! Your insolence will cost you dearly!"

Tenshimizu will summon the spirit of one water-type Pokémon. Choose one of your Pokemon to send out. It is a straightforward one-on-one battle with no switching Pokémon.

Edited by Caffeinated Doom to fix a typo. Nothing else was changed. Really!
