A messenger boy rushes into the palace and halts to a stop trying not to slip on the floor.
Messenger: The lord requests a house... Shopkeep: Yes. I see. What does his majesty request? Messenger: The Large mansion with the private land. Shopkeep: I see. Let me just check the papers... He scuffers through some documents ticking each page with a feather... Shopkeep: It all seems to be in order. Thankyou. Messenger: Oh Thank YOU. Now the King has a place to do some training. Shopkeep: Oh him and his training... The messenger places some papers down with a bag of gold coins on top. Messenger: Yes...... well, must get on. I'll bring him the deeds so he can move in today.
