My painful situation!, Kikilo is trying to destroy me!

I recently recieved this PM from Kikilo containing a letter that he allegidly sent to Wade. He decided to send me a copy!

How extremely bullshit is that!

He made up more shit than last time. First of all, I dont even know those songs since I havent been in the Audio portal for at least a month.

Secondly, I only listen to Metal or Techno songs in the Audio portal.

Third of all, I didnt even know he had a YOUTUBE account, And why would I tamper with that? Seriously.

And the rest, Huh?


I have to go now but I will ask the following questions

Should I be worried about my account being deleted without Wade saying anything?
Can Kikilo's IP be tracked or something to prove I didnt do anything?
Can anything bad really happen to me?
Will Wade believe him?

And

Should I contact Wade?

Man, this guy is a little shit isn't he! Answers to your questions:

1) I don't think you should worry about your account being deleted- Wade won't do it without proof, and there is no way he will just believe what this kid is saying without checking it out. Plus the kid can't even spell your username right!

2) I think his IP can be tracked, though I don't know for sure. I also don't know whether all the log ins on an account are saved and how far back that goes, so Wade may not be able to verify anything that way.

3) I don't think so- if he does actually send that to Wade I imagine Wade will contact you. I seriously doubt he will just believe that load of shit without checking it out, especially as you are one of the more experienced and well respected users out there- that counts for a lot.

5) I wouldn't yet, see if Wade contacts you. You should really block this guy though, that way he can't get you worked up about all this. If he does go and contact Wade so be it- I (and I'm sure a lot of other members) will be prepared to vouch for you if it comes to that.

1. I agree, Wade would also check the IP addresses and if they don't match up then he will probably end up punishing the other guy if anyone!

2. It can be traced, I mod and admin other sites and for each post there is a unique IP address attached to it. If Newgrounds also uses that feature, which I would think it does, then there will be no worries.

3. True, Wade would believe you over him, I'm sure of it. You have done nothing to my knowledge that has ever been even disrespectful to others! I'm sure Wade will consider all the good you have done when making his decision if for some reason he does believe that guy. (Which I seriously doubt)

4. Something bad could happen but since you did nothing wrong, I doubt anything will happen. Wade really isn't as bad as everyone makes him out to be.

5. I agree, and I will vouch for you if needed. You are a respectable person and you shouldn't have to go through this crap in the first place.

I thought as much, I just didn't want to say it was definitely true when I wasn't sure- after all I have zero experience as an admin of a site, and the only moderating I have done is right here (and to date all that has involved is pinning one thread!).

As his IP can be traced (and I am sure NG uses that system) then you have nothing at all to worry about Stero. Wade can see when he has logged in, and when he wrote those reviews/submitted the audio files etc. and can show it was his IP and not yours.

Therefore he is totally in the wrong, and could easily get deleted if he was stupid enough to go and complain to Wade. I really hope he is that dumb- he deserves it.

And DLJ, you're right about Wade- he has a really bad reputation, but he has only appeared as thoroughly decent to me. I can't recall a single decision he has made that I haven't agreed with- he has to be a bit harsh at times to keep the site running, but he really does a damn good job. There is no way he would ever delete a user without very good reason and plenty of evidence to prove it.

Exactly! Wade does get a bad rep but thats just from the ones who do things wrong in the first place.

I hope as well that the guy who is accusing Stero of all this is punished, its not right that one he would even do that to him in the first place and two that the would try to act as if he can just waltz over of Wade and expect him to believe every word he says and do as told. The guy is an idiot and deserves what he gets. (Hopefully his account deleted or something to really teach him a lesson)

Woah, that does sound really bad.
But Wade won't just delete your account because of what one guys says.
And I'll be a character witness for you, cause that's definitely not something you'd do.
If anything this guy should be banned for a while. And if he doesn't stop the harassment he should be banned.

I'd wait to see if Wade contacts you, and worry about that when it happens.

It's takes all kinds i guess. And to my knowledge have i ever known Wade to delete 1 or 2 accounrs that i have seen. But he will not punish you for without the proper info. So you have nothing to worry about. On the other hand i hope that other guy gets what he has coming to him in full. And get's either banned for a long time or just flat out deleted.
