Etonic Is back and we are Ready To go, join a character then rp madly!

Plot Days after the arrest of Etonics Academy's killer whom name has been forbidden to say under any circumstances. Days after the killers arrest Etonic went though some drastic changes. A explosion in time square killing over 1000 pepole is said to be some kind of terroristic attack. The government decided that the person who did this would have to be freakishly smart, someone who was able to kill someone and hid out for fifteen years before being caught. Witch is what the Etonic Killer did. The government shut down New York completely. You must have a type of complex pass to leave or get into the borders of the United States. You need even more to get into the borders of New York. A signed paper from the government and another complexed pass. To get into Etonics campus you must go though guards and many different types of detectors. As the government means good many pepole beg to differ as they watch the states fall apart. There are riots, gangs and deadly pranks as the government try's to figure out this odd crime.
