The dominant force of the behind-the-scenes action of Shuuryou City. Led by Tenjin Musha, these guys even control the mob, and thus the black market and underworld. In truth, Tenjin’s ultimate goal is the cleansing of the entire world… Or rather, that is what the group projects. Anyone who has interacted with them in any way, shape, or form knows that Musha’s REAL intentions and how he wishes to go about them. In order to “cleanse” the world, Tenjin intends to rid it of every single human being on the planet that is unable to summon a Persona. Not only that, but he also intends to rid the world of Persona-users that he deems as unfit, and are but another pimple or other imperfection in his world. In the end, he intends to rule over his perfect utopia alongside his specially selected queen.

Amongst Kiyomaru’s allies are the mob, a select few Persona users, and the Jin’ei (and thus the Shadows). Though all of them, or at least most of them, know of Tenjin’s true nature, they all seem to ignorantly ignore the fact that they are all Tenjin’s pawns and that he is willing to sacrifice them at any given time. The most oblivious to this truth is naturally the mob, and to a degree, the Jin’ei.

From the outside, they seem like a normal high school’s Student Council, doing normal, regular StuCo work during the day. However, it’s far from it. Comprised entirely of Persona-users, the groups true goal is stopping Kiyomaru. At it’s core, we have Yuhei Tsuma, the President. Also within this group is a young man by the name of Hanshin Musha, Tenjin Musha’s kid brother. These two young men are the only survivors of a small group known as Jiyuu. (Tenjin is also a survivor). To them, fixing the mistakes of their past is their ultimate goal; stop their senpai. For Hanshin, that goal runs deeper.. as he must go up against his own flesh and blood…

Always willing to accept the help of other Persona-users that are against Tenjin and his Kiyomaru, they fight hard so that the city, and the world, may be a better place to live in.

D.E.A.

D.E.A. is a group of Persona users who gather outside of school just before the sun sets. They originally gathered to stop crime but wound up fighting shadows instead. D.E.A is open to all characters including Non-student Characters.D.E.A. stands for Darkness Eradication Alliance and their goals are just that, To eliminate evil from their home town.

SYNAPSE

The Human Intelligence Conservation Club is the school name for the small-time organization known as SYNAPSE. Although established as a freelance agency that takes on any job, whether big or small, the organization mainly deals in handling information of all types. Usually, it involves the secure transfer of confidential information through various forms of media or other outlets. The only jobs they do not accept is murder. However, they do accept menial jobs that other people could do such as private investigations or searching for lost items. What makes them unique among freelance organizations is that they accept other forms of payment aside from money making them popular among the locals. Their members comprise of mostly high schoolers which provides a quick and close resource for other teens that attend Shimekiri High School.

They also have their own website which can be used to request jobs, display their current schedule, provide other basic information, but most importantly, they have a brochure of merchandise they collect and sell. Their products range greatly from fresh fruits and vegetables to very valuable artifacts. In a sense, they sell anything and everything one might need thanks to their many reliable connections.
