Mornings were not Madeline's thing. Not at all, she'd much rather prefer to lay in bed all day and steal her other half's warmth before finally giving in to the sound of the alarm. Today however, was not going to be like that because on Saturdays she didn't work until the afternoon if at all, which meant a lie in. Goody for her. Though by the afternoon she knew she'd have a camera out, either randomly taking pictures of the guys or Mr. Bean who would no doubt still be asleep too; silly duck. Yet Maddie loved the animal, she'd always kept ducks as a child in her back garden. Three, named after her favourite colours; blue duck, yellow duck and green duck. Why? She had no idea but she'd only been four at the time when she'd gotten them and her brother had been more interested in playing with his action men or whatever. Ducks were just fun and so when Nate had suggested buying one for a pet she'd been over the moon. She knew it was because they'd played with her three when they were little but for him to be willing one of their own, oh it made her smile so much. It was the little things like that, that made her love him so much. Life wouldn't be the same and she knew she'd been heartbroken if she ever lost him, it hurt when he got up in the morning to go to work, let alone being away forever.

Rolling over in the bed to try and find his sleeping frame, hands found his stomach with a sleepy purr, head resting on his chest as she curled round, trying to fall back to sleep again. However the position failed for her, trying a new one that resulted in her back being to him, curled up in a ball again. Seemingly comfortable for around five minutes or so, the blonde decided the lack of warmth wasn't good enough, rolling over once more to get back to him, head nuzzling into his neck before finally settling down and going back to sleep, arm draped over his chest with her fingers running through her hair. "Love you, Nay-Nay." Content now, sleep threatened to overwhelm her once more, body shifting slightly to tangle her legs with his before relaxing once more. Sleep always came easy to Maddie when she was near to him, finding the sheer presense of his body close to hers enough to push away any fears and allow herself to drift away. Mmm.

Unlike Madeline, Nathaniel was a morning person. He was always the first one out of bed every morning and up around bouncing off the walls by 6am or even early sometimes. He was the guy who was bright, smiling, and always in a good mood... basically the guy all the non-morning people hated because he was always too happy to be awake that early. Nate didn't care that the others were late sleepers, it gave him a chance to have some time to himself and catch up on a few things he wouldn't be able to do otherwise. It's not that Nate liked being alone, he actually really hated it most of the time, but sometimes it was nice to have some peace instead of their usual hectic days full of people surrounding them non-stop.

The only thing that could keep Nathaniel in bed late though, was Madeline. He hated leaving her when she was so comfortable and cute curled up next to him. Nate, who had woken up by now, smiled at Maddies small body as she tossed and turned and snuggled up next to him. The smile never faded as he kissed the top of her head when she finally got situated and told him she loved him. "I love you too Mads." He replied fondly, wrapping an arm around her body and holding her against him. His fingers moved up and down her back for a little while as he lay awake, though with his eyes closed, just enjoying being comfortable in their big bed.

Funny, how they were complete opposites, whilst she could do mornings, the only time when that was possible when she actually stayed in bed with him and they spent the morning cuddling and talking about random things such as work, food, shopping, what to do for the day and of course, Mr. Bean. She didn't care that he was always so happy in the morning, in fact she liked it because it made up for her sleepy somewhat out of it ways before she'd fully woken up as such. Madeline didn't like mornings but on those days where she had to deal with them, she'd be fine after she'd gotten a cup of coffee into her. But it was nice considering everybody else aside from Nate wasn't a morning person because then there wasn't much noise to be heard and they could all sleep peacefully, heck even Mr. Bean wasn't that loud.

Smiling at his words, lips nuzzled against his neck to return the sentiment, purring in the process before giggling as he stroked her back, starting to wake up properly. "Ooooh, don't do that, don't do that! You know what I'm like, Nay-Nay..." Slowly calming down, she shifted to rest her head on his pillow, fingers rubbing at his stomach. "Mmm, hello you." Purring again, teeth gently tugged at one of his snakebites before the sound of a quack came from the bathroom. "I'll go..." Carefully climbing over him, the blonde swung her legs from the bed, tugging down her shirt in the process before disappearing into the bathroom to put Mr. Bean in the bath. Filling it up didn't take long, neither did putting him in and within five minutes she was back and climbing over him again to settle back to her previous position.

Nathaniel chuckled as she giggled from her back being tickled, he liked tickling her because he knew it would get a laugh out of her and he loved her laugh. Her purring made him smile and his arms closed tightly around her as her teeth nipped at his snakebites. "Hello beautiful." He replied when she pulled away, though a few short moments later, Mr. Bean was quacking and next thing Nate knew, Maddie was rolling off the bed to go please the duck. Nathaniel loved that duck, but sometimes he just got right in the middle of his and maddie's cuddletime and threw the whole thing off. But as Maddie returned to the bed and crawled back into her position before, Nate stopped all mental cursing of the cute little fluffball and instead grew comfortable again with her body against his.

"What are we doing today babe? Do you work?" He asked and snuggled his face against hers, then placed a couple kisses on her cheek and one on her lips. Nathaniels hand slid up the back of her shirt to rest against her bare back, he just liked the feeling of her skin against his, and then turned on his side a little bit so the were facing each other a little.

Blushing at the mention of her being beautiful, the blonde knew better than to argue with her. It was amazing though; after all the years they'd been together he was still able to make her blush with ease. "You know how tickly I am, Nate." True though, she'd been a little giggle monster as a child, and her dad always used to chase her around the back garden before sweeping her up into his arms and tickling her relentlessly to the point where she'd been screaming with laughter. "Mmm, he's gonna be happy for the next two hours or so, I put some food in there too and he's floating about quite nicely... Curling up against him like before, Madeline purred softly again, happy to be having one of those lazy morning where they did nothing but stay in bed all morning. Moments like these were the ones where she knew she wanted to spend the rest of her life with him.

Pouting her lips as she thought about what they were actually doing today, she became distracted by the set of lips upon hers, moaning slightly as his hand wandered up her back. "Mm, stop distracting me." To validate her point, hand slid down his chest to stroke at his stomach. "I'm not working today, well not going to my studio, I think I might just sort out my negatives and stuff and edit some images on my laptop, nothing all too spectactular, so we can stay in bed all day and yeah, talk and stuff. Unless you have somewhere to go? I just feel like having a slum day..."

As she mentioned her ticklishness, Nate chuckled... of course he knew how ticklish she was... he had known her forever, which meant he knew exactly where her super-ticklish spots were too... though he never usually tickled her in her 'super' ticklish spots, because that was just asking for trouble. Maddie might have been small, but she wasn't weak by any means and if she was being tickled in her major ticklish spots she tended to do whatever possible to get away from him, including kicking his ass basically. Nate smiled as she talked about Bean and how he was pretty much set for a while, that duck was addicted to the bathtub. Nate closed his eyes for a minute while they laid in bed, it was nice just laying there with Maddie and not worrying about anything or having to be anywhere. Nate and Madeline both lived busy lives, so these rare moments of free-time were precious and cherished.

"But I like distracting you." He grinned and kissed her quickly once more before she could continue on with her speech about their day. "Well I can help you sort out your negatives." Nate replied with a smile, he knew just as much about photography as Maddie since it was a big hobby of his and also his older brother was a photographer as well. "And nope, I've got nothing else to do today, so a stay-in day would be perfect." He smiled and leaned down to kiss her once more on the lips, not long, not short... just a nice sweet kiss. "Hey, you wanna come make some breakfast with me and we can eat it in bed... I want some waffles." Nate grinned.

Oh she hated him and loved him for the fact that he knew exactly where to go when it came to tickling her and for other things for that matter but at the current time it was irrelevant. Yet she knew his ticklish spots too, it'd be quite upseting that after all these years that she didn't know how to make him laugh or turn him on for that matter, which was once again irrelevant. Happy to just snuggle in the bed for the rest of the day, the blonde leaned into his side, hand rubbing at his stomach slowly. Whilst she hated when he tickled him, she knew he did it because he loved her. And whilst she loved Mr. Bean, Nate would always come first, perhaps. Well of course, Mr. Bean but Nate had been with her since they were little and that meant so much to her. Moments like this were when she was at her happiest, and yes whilst she was happy around him, the mornings when they were cuddled up in bed were the best.

She giggled at his words, running her fingers down his cheek and pressing a kiss to his jaw. "Oh but you shouldn't, because then bad things happen." Purring lightly, she sat up to look at him properly, tickling his stomach briefly. "Mm, that'd be ever so nice of you but you know how I am with my negative and camera, baby." It was true, she was ever so protective over her camera and him too. Ever since they were little. "Ooh, waffles..." Climbing over him to sit on his stomach, she placed her hands either side of his head. "I love you."

"Bad things? What kiiinddd of bad things?" Nate asked in a playful tone with a raised eyebrow and deviant smirk. When she turned his help down with her negatives, Nate wasn't upset... he knew how protective she was, and it was probably best that he didn't help so incase he messed up she wouldn't get totally pissed at him... afterall, it was her job and the way she made a living, so screwing something up and pissing off her clients was not something Nathaniel wanted to be apart of. It was a make it or break it business, with at least a hundred other people doing the same job as you in that same city, so you had to be as impressive as possible and keep clients wanting to come back. Nate saw it with his brother and Maddie all the time, along with many of the other popular careers in their same level of business.

Maddie climbed ontop of him and sat on his stomach, which made Nate smile and wrap his arms around her small body. "I love you too." He replied as if they were the easiest words to say, because in her case... they were. Nate loved her more than he could ever imagine loving any one girl. Nathaniel pulled her down so that she was more like laying ontop of him than sitting on him and wrapped his arms around her back, placing a few soft kisses on her lips. "Let's go make some waffles." He grinned.

The blonde merely purred, leaning over to nibble on one of his snakebites whilst she thought about her answer to his question. "Mm, just bad things, you know what sort of bad things..." Madeline always made empty threats which actually turned out to be nice things as opposed to bad things, in reality, she didn't have a bad bone inside her. Except when it came to people being rude to him, her family, friends, Mr. Bean or her work. Maddie had worked hard to build a name for herself and for somebody to slip up and cause an error that could so easily be avoided... Now now, she trusted Nate with her life but it was like her going to a recording studio with the band and attempting to play an instrument and fucking it up for him and she knew better than that. Though she loved the days when he tried to teach her how to play guitar and sat behind her with them being all close. Little moments like that... Perhaps they could do that today.

Giggling lightly, she returned his kiss with a smile only to roll off him at the mention of waffles. "And what if I don't want waffles today?" Leaning over, she blew a raspberry on his stomach before giggling again. Within seconds she'd swung her legs from the bed, running out of the room and away from him so he couldn't get her back. "Waffle, waffle, waffle time. Wiffle waffle, wiffle waffle." Wiggling her bum at him, she innocently smiled before opening their bedroom door to go downstairs.
