To Alexander Fairfax nothing was better than coffee and a show. Well...unless the coffee was changed with a tall glass of vodka. But thats what you get from Alex. He knew he had a small problem but he didn't really care. He could control him self from doing anything completely stupid, even though Mereidith would probably say something diffrent. He tended to just get smashed more often than not. He was loveingly compared to Amy Winehouse by some, but Alexander never cared.
Now he was at Cafe Risque, and it was a surprise it wasn't completely empty. He was debating on calling someone down to join him, but who would actually come down for a solo artist with an acoustic guitar, trying to make it, just like everyother person with a guitar and heartfelt lyrics in California. Alex was sitting towards the back of the small cafe in a huge comfy chair. Sipping his large coffee, Alex watched the singer on the stage from under his green and black stripped hood. His tight jeans hugged his legs tightly, even when he was sitting down. His hoodie covered his Mayday Parade shirt, and his jeans came to the top of his battered black vans. Sipping at his coffee, his phone was layed out on the table infront of him. He was debating on slipping out of the cafe, or calling someone down. But he was to lazy to do it. The hand not holding the cup were mindlessly playing with the pull ties on his hoodie, as he sat there, slightly zoned out, the acoustic guitar filling his ears.

Jeremy was simply walking around, looking for something to do. He'd been inside all day, and he felt he had to get out, or he'd explode. Jeremy was all for sitting in his room and spending some alone time with, well, himself. But a full seven hours was way too much, even for him. He wasn't going anywhere in particarly but when he heard the music, he decided he could sit down for a while and listen to it. As he was walking closer to the sound, he swore he saw Carter. Deciding, to play a prank, he walked out of the person who he thought was his friend's eyesight, and walked up slowly behind him. When he got right behind the boy, he chuckled before covering his supposed friend's eyes. He always did this when he saw his friends, so he was pretty sure the boy would recognize him right away. "Guess who?" he asked childishly, which was what Jeremy was sometimes, just a big kid.

Alex could see people coming in and out of the small cafe. He thought he saw someone from the label. Alex wasn't to sure who it was, he figued it was one of the Hello Headlights boys or one of the solo artists. There were to many people going in and out of the building all day, and he wasn't one to remember faces, or names for that matter. Now, he was still zoned out slightly so he obviously didn't see anyone behind him. Jumping slightly Alex put down his coffee on the table infront of him.
"Um...I dont know?" He questioned as he tried to reconize the voice, but everything was slightly distorted from the noise inside the venue. Alex did have fine hearing, and when he saw whoever it was, he was pretty sure he could reconise them. But that might not always be true. Now, he wasn't going to turn around and guess just yet, he was going to wait and see what happened.

When Jeremy heard the voice, he was pretty sure it wasn't Carter. He moved back slowly before making his way around the table to look the boy full on. "Shit!" he whispered because it wasn't Carter. He could feel his cheeks reddening and he wanted to apologize, but he couldn't because he kept tripping over the words. For someone like Jeremy, who didn't really like meeting new people, doing this to someone he barely knew was...he didn't even know the word for it. "I'm sorry." he finally got out. "I thought you were someone else and, fuck, sorry, you just looked like someone I knew." He chuckled uneasily but didn't move. Normally, he would just run away and forget the whole situation, but he couldn't move now. The man looked familiar and he was pretty sure it was because maybe he worked at the label, but what did he know? He tended not to remember people he didn't know personally. He tucked a hand in the pocket of his jeans and sighed. "I feel like such an idiot." he mumbled to himself outloud.
