Okay well since everyone might not be familiar with the job titles that you're allowed to have then I'll list them out with descriptions. Also, since this site is about the record label 'FREAKshow Records' it means that it will be the only record label existant on this site. Sorry loves, I know there would be other record labels in existance, but FSR is what it's all about here at FSR lol.
Solo Artist;
Though I'm sure everyone knows what a Solo Artist is, I'm going to explain it anyways. Solo, meaning one person. A Solo Artist is one musician who goes at it alone. They write their own music[generally... the good ones anyways], play their own music, and do it all by themselves.
Band;
Same as Solo Artist, I'm sure everyone know's the concept of a band. Anyways, a band consists of more than one member. It can be as few as two people and, on this site, up to eight.
Photographer;
Photographers on FSR are here for a couple reasons. They can either be photographers for the press or photographers for albums and/or advertisements like posters etc.. Photographers can choose to also work for just one band or they can be freelance and photograph many different bands.
Scout;
A Scout is a person who finds the music and brings them in to meet Jamison and Kyle. They basically serve as talent searchers and often go through the demos sent in by aspiring artists, picking and choosing the ones with potential and then setting up meetings to meet with the owners. Usually they are sent out every-so-often on hunts around karaoke nights or open mic nights, etc.
Producer;
The producers are the people who actually produce the CDs and work with the bands or solo artists in every recording session, coaching and guiding the musicians, and organizing and scheduling production budget and resources. They often have their own studios outside of the FSR building, though there is a few inside the building.
Manager;
The responsibility of the talent manager is to oversee the day to day business affairs of an artist; to advise and counsel talent about professional matters and personal decisions which may affect their career. They also often deal with on tour details like transportation, hotels, making sure they get to gigs on time and booking shows.
Office Assistant;
The job of an office assistant can vary. There are different types of office assistants like ones who work at FSR or others who work for producers, directors, photographers etc. Usually they take calls, make calls and book appointments, doing secretarial type jobs and making sure their bosses are up to date on the latest around the office.
Director;
The directors are those who deal with the making of music videos. They oversee the entire process, directing it, throwing out ideas, taking the bands ideas and making it into a video, etc.
Stylist;
There are two types of stylist jobs at FSR, you can only be one or the other though. One is a hair stylist, they are always at photoshoots and music video productions... though they can also work as personal hair stylists for certain artists or bands. The other is a wardrobe stylist who is always onset at photoshoots and the making of music videos. They can serve as personal wardrobe stylists, but this would be very rare and quite silly.
Makeup Artist;
It is as it says. They put their artistic abilities to work on famous peoples faces doing their makeup for photoshoots or music videos. Makeup artists can also be personal too, though this would probably be unlikely as well unless its a person a band or artist uses at every shoot or music video.
Press;
There are different forms of press that you can be here at FSR which means they all have different jobs. The first kind is journalism press who work for either a magazine or newspaper. They often do interviews and take notes then publish their writings on paper. Or the other kind is Television press who work for different news stations or stations like FUSE or MTV, they can work on certain shows for those channels etc. Television press do interviews as well but their interviews are infront of the camera and are shown nationwide.
Publicist;
A Publicist is a person whose job is to generate and manage publicity for the talent at FSR. They often work inside the FSR building, and deal with multiple clients. They write press releases, manage campaigns and other public relations.
