I still got this damn problem after DLing special maps from KTM server
If i try to open CoD UO it says : Couldn't load default_mp.cfg. Make sure that Call Of Duty is run from the correct folder! I dunno what to do one of the maps is 'the unknown welsh valley' If i want to play CoD I always have to remove the map at first.. thats annoying! Plz help me! byeee -------------------- JamesRyanI

As far as i know KTM doesn't use that map anymore, so if its asking you to remove it you may aswell give it a try and see what happens --------------------   |

Its likely just some mod incompatability. The Novice posted a program that will root out all the rubbish from your CoD folders, leaving only the main files. I've never tried it so take no responsibility for you trying it (if you do), but here is the link:
