Everyone wants to know who put the caramel in the caramilk bar. I know who and how it happened. They take tiny people and those people live in chocolate and they produce caramel. I know this because I saw them once. I was in WCW and I was hungry. Rick Steiner gave me enough money for a chocolate bar out of the vending machine. I went to the vending machine to see that Perry Saturn took the last Jersey Milk bar. What was I going to do? No honestly, I forget. Oh wait I remember now, I picked up that vending machine... AND I SMASHED IT!!! Then just as I was about to pick up a candy bar, I saw it. Tiny people walking. They walked around like normal people, only they were tiny. And you know why they were tiny? Because they made the caramel in the caramilk bars!!!
