Title: Update for Dec 13th
Jalyss - December 13, 2008 04:52 AM (GMT)
I really have no idea what I was thinking with this one. Enjoy.

Blah, update queue is clogged and I have to bed. I'll try again in the morning before work.

Actually I think this is pretty apt, right down to the AIDS-causing for whatever reason.
Course the general (and silly) rule seems to be
furry in Disney/most video games = Safe and wholesome
furry anywhere else = Haven for AIDS.
I got a good chuckle out of the last panel for no discernible reason.

On one forum I said that I love xkcd, and linked to one of the geek jokes.
One of the replies was "I don't get stick-figure comics" and "go look at Cyanide & Happiness", which has nothing in common with xkcd.

Fox/Floyd is at his best with a chicken in his mouth. x3

Hmm, whole generations got clued into politics and the human condition by Pogo.
A lot of people grew up on Brer Fox, Wizard of Oz and Muppets.
All sorts of people read and watch Science Fiction.
So we have here a Fox and a Bastin, seems to be a combination of all the above here.
Can't understand the furry freakout myself either, but then my web viewing experience includes an alien amorph who looks like a poop pile with eyes, elephants and apes who were given sentience and Tagon's Toughs (Schlock Mercenary) so I'm probably damaged for life.
Does Mallard Filmore appearing on the web make it a furry comic?
Keep up the good work, after the current economic disaster, all that might be left is talking animals and aliens and we'll all be in good company.

*ahem*
GO DRUNKEN LIGHTER GUY!
That is all.

Uhohs...they mentioned FURREH COMEEKS!
Well, if you want serious? "Furry" is a metagenre, covering all ratings and content types. From hard-core sci-fi to campy westerns, I've seen furries do it all. I like furry webcomics because they're usually more original and interesting than their "all-human" counterparts.
How many "not furry" webcomics have an anthropomorphic animal as a main cast character, if not as the star? It's because they're popular. Snoopy was huge decades before Furry Fandom existed. But if Schultz were only just getting started with his comic on the Internet today, how many goombahs would log onto his forum and flame him for drawing a "goddamn furry"?
Now teh funny: look at the folks who spend all their time hating on furries. Seriously, look at them. It's like watching a Star Trek forum where they just can't stop talking about how much they hate Wesley Crusher. HILARITY ENSUES.

Is it just me, or does "Jess" look a bit like Gnora?
...I has a WMD...
analytik - December 27, 2008 10:17 AM (GMT)
Calbeck, good point. FL is technically in a furry metagenre, the sad thing is that it is the first thing that comes to people's minds.
ZOMG! GARFIELD IS A FURRY COMIC!!!!!111cos(0)
You know, nobody says things like "it's one of those 692-pixel-wide comics" anymore.

I think about Faulty Logic more as a "sandbox game" for Jalyss and Fox, where they are (with some very limited exceptions) the important ones and all the others are just non consecuential people... their "avatars" happen to be anthro, but i dont care to call anything furry or not... specially because i have no idea what makes something furry and other thing not
BTW HAPPY HOLLYDAYS TO EVERYONE!!!!! this is my first post of 2009 and hope to post more (i was a bit away from the computer world... too many christmas shopping and money spending) love ya all!!!
