Anyway, Fox. Thanks for introducing me to Feynman's theory for anti-matter. I had not heard this one before. The charge of energy and matter being relative to time is a rather strange concept, but apparently the most commonly used one in this field today. I am still not getting much information on the subject through Google. If you could post a link to the info you used, I would appreciate it.

That one seemed a bit backwards as far as Fox's and Jalyss's personalities go, until I noticed that "______." It makes a whole lot more sense on some level now.

I almost missed the punchline to this weeks comic but then it hit me like a ton of brinks. you could say it all came to me in a flash :P

...Which means it's possible the entire shift is an elaborate April Fools joke.

P.s.: I heard about this anti-matter theory a few years ago (when I was 16 or something like that). For logic it´s still unbelievable, cause it would mean that anti-matter travels from eternity back to the beginning...and so the mass of anti-matter has to disappear in OUR future time line. Also it wouldn´t work with our theory of time: Most scientists say that there are several time lines and one "main time line" If you sit down and I´m running, then I´m "time travelling", but as soon as I slow down I would move back to your time line. Also singularities have another speed of time as we have, but other say that we always have the same speed of time on our planet (so there´s no spacetime, just space). Augh...fuck...you...SCIENCE! :D

But from the "perspective" of anti-matter it would make sense: It would be like rewinding one of the greatest movies ever made :lol:

*Originally came here to protest that logically if fox were going to be more sciency AND Specifically talk about antimatter moving backwards in time, then removing time travel from episodes from the equation makes no logical sense. ... If this is an April Fools day joke Congrats, you totally got me. If not ... interesting turn but what on earth are you thinking? Either way you turned a big fan gone regular fan back into a forum poster again with this one. X-P

(btw if there are antimatter versions of everyone and it's all a huge reflection like some kind of temporal mirror and we're really looking at ourselves through a different passage of time, then our anti-versions are doing exactly what we're doing, thinking exactly what we're thinking and believing that they are regular matter and it is us who are inversed.)

(Also, that's an interesting theory. I can't help but wonder if, should it be true, it makes time travel more likely. And also, wouldn't that theory mean that it would be possible to come into contact with antimatter and NOT have it react with your normal matter?)

What confuses me the most, is that I read the comments on this week comic, but haven't read the comic yet =(

Oh! Another thing! Would that theory mean that there WAS stuff outside of the Big Bang when it happened, basically being the matter and antimatter from the antimatter and matter universes (respectively) going the opposite direction of their universe through the Big Bang into the other one?

it flashes too quickly + on my very slow computer it didn't flash at all. only now at school did I actually see it.

I figured it out yesterday. I was thinking about how it was gonna suck to not catch the first "new faulty logic" update if i unplugged my computer because of the April fool's worm... and then It just sort of clicked "Waaaaaaaaaiiiiit a minute....... Hold on."

Still, Kudos for cleverness.

I wonder if anyone has ever spun a story for an April fools' joke at the very beginning of the year. If anyone has, my hat goes off to them.

Okay, now I know what Threeinone was talking about.

And that virus was what got me into the paranoid "don't believe anything" April Fools mode this year.

That made me start to look the comic over a bit. then I saw the flash. exported the comic to my PC opened her up and checked the frames.

Lol, thanks for trying, Germad. the only solid answer on this I got from asking other people is that due to their opposite charge and spin, equating antiparticles to normal particles going the opposite direction in time works out in many equations. It is still a leap to say that is what they are actually are, though.
