Yellow 5 minutes in ...phew crazy intensity this far...

Those cars on lead lap

dosseyfan - May 28, 2017 01:24 AM (GMT)
Lap 30 yellow as Greenwell loses a tire...1hr 18 mins left...the leaders have had to do major work at the crossover

That's the lead lap now

Those 3 down 1 lap

dosseyfan - May 28, 2017 01:32 AM (GMT)
Yellow lap 45 for riddle and jeff Harmon tangled off turn 4...Conner took the lead and is flying quick reset on the lead lap

21 cars still running with probably a few that could return at some point

dosseyfan - May 28, 2017 01:37 AM (GMT)
Back to yellow lap 55 for a few cars tangled up between 3 and 4...Murphy comes out the worse and off on the wrecker...there was 24 cars but back to 22 for the moment

dosseyfan - May 28, 2017 01:44 AM (GMT)
Lap 67 back to yellow as Crain and Cory Harmon crash in the crossover ...Crain definitely done for the night probably with a busted front end...can't tell how bad the 17 is but both on the hooks

57 minutes left

Those cars still on the lead lap

20 cars on track at the moment

dosseyfan - May 28, 2017 01:58 AM (GMT)
Lap 102 yellow as Cory and Logue have a small collision in the crossover...Greig just lost a lap by avoiding disaster at the crossover
Jesse also down a lap or two after he got spun

44 minutes left, lead lap cars

Still 21 cars on track

dosseyfan - May 28, 2017 02:11 AM (GMT)
Yellow lap 133 for the 12 and 71 ...71 on the hook

Austin pits under yellow losing a lap

Top 10 with 32 minutes left

6 down 1
7 down 1
38 down 2
33 down 2
3d down 2
91 down 5 or 6

Just realized the 38 is missing though and now Vanderhoof with issues and to the pits...only 14 cars all of a sudden

dosseyfan - May 28, 2017 02:32 AM (GMT)
Yellow lap 196 with 14 minutes left..we go red now for cleanup....Conner spun in turn 3 and collected Austin and chad...mark hits the pits which will give Ben the lead and Hadley 2nd....not sure how the order will sort out and if conner lost a lap or not but I think he did so 3 cars on the lead lap will be

Then down 1 lap should be

20(appears he is down 2)
3d down 4 or so
33 down around 5 laps
6 down about 7
91 down around 13ish
12 down the same as the 91 I believe

dosseyfan - May 28, 2017 02:59 AM (GMT)
Mark comes back and wins then Ben and Hadley the top 3 all on the lead lap

Casper - May 28, 2017 05:40 AM (GMT)
Ben had a couple words saying the track officials just said the 4 and 7 were on the lead lap but 7 was -2 the reason mark didn't get penalized and this is straight from the final person mark entered the pits when it was still yellow so they couldn't penalize him also Ben love you as a driver but there was a period of 10 laps where you missed the marker 2 times one in 3 trying to avoid a wreck and coming out of 4 trying to pass respect to Hadley to finish where he was with no power steering but thought it was the best move made by mark pitting because cars coming back on with new tires were effing flying VANDERHOOF

jeremyv6 - May 30, 2017 04:41 PM (GMT)
Whats my name at end of ur post for casper

Torry - May 31, 2017 02:39 AM (GMT)
I think it was a compliment, Jeremy. .... You WERE effin' flyin' out there.

Casper - May 31, 2017 12:51 PM (GMT)
Because you were flying I assume when you got the flat or sometime throughout the night you Changed tires becuase you were flying you could visually see how much faster you were than others the other thing too is did mark change tires im sure he did

fig8fan - May 31, 2017 04:10 PM (GMT)
Pretty sure Mark went in because when Conner spun he got into Mark's left rear a bit so I would assume he at least change both rears. Great time to pit, but wonder why no one else went in at that time.

MHadley4 - May 31, 2017 05:42 PM (GMT)
I believe the reason Ben and I didn't pit is because the other wasn't. If I pitted under the red I would have lost a lap to Ben and same for him without the other following. In our eyes even with new tires it would have been a gamble to pass the other twice in the time remaining.

That makes sense.

So was Mark pitting no matter what due to the fear of a tire going down and got lucky that it went from a yellow to red after he left the track?

I am not trying to say anything just a honest question.

jeremyv6 - June 1, 2017 01:31 AM (GMT)
I only changed the tire that was flat actually tire was fine austins bumper went straight through my wheel got car home has a broken rack bent spindle and tie rod toed in 5/8 also bent center shaft on upper a arm car was decent before that happened conners spin was my fault i went wide to miss the 3 at crossover and as I started to come back to make marker tire he was coming n i got into him really feel bad about it

MHadley4 - June 1, 2017 03:11 PM (GMT)
Yes I believe Mark was pitting no matter what. He was able to come in at the perfect time.

CRUMRACIN03 - June 2, 2017 01:17 AM (GMT)
all i know its was a hell of a race

horsepower - June 3, 2017 12:26 AM (GMT)
The flag went red mark was in the pits mark should have been held at the gate until the green flag dropped and the cars on the track passed the on track pit gate but that did not happen he was let out to line up on the restart grid...

Casper - June 3, 2017 05:52 PM (GMT)
The last 2 yrs at the 3 hour they have let cars on track after a red before the restart of they hadn't done it those times i could see the argument but gonna keep and wat h the 3 hr tapes and you see after a red goes to yellow one lap before the restart they let em in

horsepower - June 3, 2017 06:48 PM (GMT)
Then they should change the rule book if they are not going to abide by it. Rules are rules for a reason that has been the problem with that race track in the past. How hard is it to make rules and make everyone follow them. Don't wanna follow the rules then you don't wanna race. I could name a few that don't wanna race because they think they are above the rules
