Getting Home, Continued from 'Hanging'

[Hino Rei/Tsukino Chibi Usa]

Rei walked into the maze of streets that made up the nightlife. She just wanted to get home. Almost 1:30 AM -meditation session in two and a half hours- and it was as creepy as hell out. Also very, very dark.

This was so much easier when it was at least a little light out...

"Shoot." Rei said aloud. "Where am I?"

[Youma/Phaige]

"Little girls shouldn't be walking all by themselves." a screechy voice said from somewhere in the shadows. The phaige came out, revealing it's hideous self as it grinned at her. "Wouldn't wanna get eaten." it said.

It went to grab her when snapping made him stop.

"Oi...Don't be picking on girls who can't defend themselves at this time of night, you filthy scum."

A figure moved from the rooftop and the moon shone on their back, making them appear a dark figure. "Yami wo kirisaku sasurai no nagareboshi..." they said before jumping down between Rei and the phaige. "Sailor Star Fighter...Stage ON!" the senshi yelled before turning to Rei.

"Run...Run as far as you can." she said before turning her attention to the phaige.

(((I forgot about the Starlights and the other senshi not knowing!)))

"Fighter...we didn't tell you guys..." Rei looked around, but she was trapped. She had walked herself into a corner.

She had no other choice.

"Mars Crystal Power! MAKE UP!" She regretted having to henshin in front of both Fighter and a Phiage, but what could be done?

[Seiya Kou/Tomoe Hotaru]

Fighter was shocked at the girl's transformation. That gave the phaige the chance to attack Fighter, leaving a gash in her stomach. She winced and took out her Star Yell.

"Star Serious....LASER!" she screamed, the energy coming from the item and going at the phaige, but it missed and landed against a wall, blowing it to pieces as the parts of the wall began flying at Fighter, Mars, and the phaige.

"Talk later, focus now," Sailor Mars said to Fighter. Then she saw how the monster had gotten a shot at the other soldier. That was Mars's fault.

"Mars Flame SNIPER!" she cried, releasing her arrow in a swirl of fire at the Phaige.

[Youma/Phaige]

The flame arrow hit the phaige in the arm, but didn't cause too much damage. It then focused on Mars for a minute, throwing a blast of energy at her before jumping onto Star Fighter and scratching the poor girl.

The phaige was thrown off by the Starlight and then hit with another blast of the Star Serious Laser...Still not enough to destroy the phaige though.

"Damn..." Mars cursed as it scratched her arm. "You're a tough little phaige, aren't you?" She aimed a kick at the monster's face, attempting to get it off Star Fighter.

[Mizuno Ami/Meiou Setsuna]

Just then, a purple ball of energy shaped like a planet came towards the phage,"Dead Scream." A tall female figure stepped out of the shadow as sailor pluto appeared. She started her introduction,"Guardian of time and space, sailor pluto has arrived." She pointed her long staff at the phage and said,"I won't forgive youfor hurting innocent people of this city!"

Just as the phaige turned to Pluto, Fighter held her Star Yell out at it's back. "Star Serious....LASER!" she screamed and the energy went straight through. The phaige was weak from all of the attacks and decided to use a deadly attack.

It closed its eyes before is began glowing...And then it self destructed.

Fighter jumped and pushed Mars down, covering the girl's body with her own as sharp objects from the phaige's body went everywhere.

[Mizuno Ami/Meiou Setsuna]

Sailor Pluto quickly jumped in front of sailor star fighter and sailor mars. She pulled her talisman of the staff and held it in front of her,"Garnet Ball!" A purple aura rose up and blocked against the sharp objects, preventing them from hurting the two other senshi as well as herself.

It self destructed? How...?

"Fighter..." Sailor Mars was astonished that the Starlight would protect her. And then Sailor Pluto again? The sharp objects finally fell to the ground after they seemed to be faling like acid rain.

Mars tried to find words again. "Fighter...aragatou." she picked up a piece of glass-like metal from the ground. It was starp, and it she didn't have the gloves, it would have definately cut her.

"You didn't have to do that."

[Aragatou=thank you...but you should know that]

[Seiya Kou/Tomoe Hotaru]

When the shards finished falling, Fighter stood. "I didn't want to see her cry if you were hurt..." she whispered before turning and started walking towards the exit of the alleyway.

Sailor Mars stood also, just slower. She knew Fighter was talking about Sailor Moon. Mars's eyes were stony as a whisper barely escaped her lips.

"I think she would cry for you."

Mars leaned against the wall for a moment. She was talking out loud, but mostly to herself.

"I just hope Seiya's okay...he looked miserable today. Well..." she shook her head as if to shake away the thought. She dehenshined and looked at Sailor Pluto

"'Bye..." she checked her watch. 4 AM. Time for meditation.

Damn.

[Mizuno Ami/Meiou Setsuna]

Sailor Pluto turned back to Setsuna. She studied Rei for a bit, sensing that something was ackward. However, she did not want to trouble Rei. Instead, she simply replied back,"Be careful." She turned and left quickly.
