Haha! My first Photoshop Signature Tutorial! Well I hope you all like it, well here we go!
st Step: Find yourself a render, it can be anything as long as it has a transparent or bright green backgropund so that you can easily remove the picture. I made the one I'm using in this tutorial. See Below For My Render.

nd Step: Now open a new document; sized 410x150.
rd Step: Paste your render into it. (Resize if neccessary by hitting CTRL+T, and then while holding SHIFT drag out from one of the corners)

th Step: Duplicate the Render Layer and hide one of them, it doesn't matter which one is hidden.
th Step: Take the unhidden Render Layer and give it a Gaussian Blur with the settings below.

th Step: Duplicate the Blurred Render Layer, a few times, and move them about to cover the background. Duplicate the Blurred Render Layer as many times as needed. Here's my result.

th Step: Create a New Layer. Now select two colors from your render, and any of your favourite brushes. Now RANDOMLY brush on the new layer until you like how it looks. Now set the layer to HARD LIGHT.

th Step: Take the untouched Render layer and move it ABOVE all of the other layers in the Layer Panel. Duplicate it and hide the bottom one of the two.
th Step: Choose your Smudge Tool (the one with the Finger as the icon), and choose a 13 px maple leaf brush with these settings.

Now smudge out from the edges 'till it looks something like this.

th Step: Now unhide the one you hid up in step 8. Take a soft, round brush and erase the edges slightly. So it looks almost like this.

th Step: Create a New Document. (File>New) Make this document 2x2 and make sure it has a Transparent Background.
th Step: Take the PENCIL TOOL (It's in with the brush tool), zoom in real close, and make make it look like this.

th Step: Go to Edit>Define Pattern and save it as whatever you wanna name it.
th Step: Go back to your signature. Create a new layer. Now with the brushes from before, randomly brush the layer with white (I myself used a completely different brush, you can too if you want). Next go to Blending Options, and give the layer a Pattern Overlay with these settings.
