i've never had much success with bbs. i used to buy the frozen. there are some problems that have been associated with bbs. like swim bladder problems. i've stopped feeding the bbs and have not had problems with the fry since.

I have. Although I'm not sure if this will work with basic brine shrimp eggs (it probably will, I just buy the sea monkey kind for my fish even if they are slightly more expensive because they come with life insurance and when they're fish food they die so technically if you wanted you could just buy one thing of them and keep getting free new ones cool.gif ). You can buy little packets of "Sea Monkey" eggs, food, and "special water solution". I basically follow the directions on the backs of the little packets and keep the brine shrimp in a 3 cup tupperware container. Or you can get the little sea monkey containers and have them as decorations. Anyways, just feed them weekly and they grow and breed like crazy. I'm going to be trying the normal eggs though soon and will just buy the food for them since it seems to work well. The food is something like $2 a packet and is supposed to last them for 2 years. So far I've been doing this for 6 months and am not running out.

Hope this helps smile.gif
