So, on the 29th, Stardock published a "Bill of Rights" for gamers that they intend to adhere to, and hope that others will start applying that to themselves as well. Interesting really, but some of them are just won't work in the market.

#1 I have a huge problem with because of piracy. Consider that someone could at that point just buy it, copy, then return it. That's why we don't have people returning PC titles anymore.

True, gamers should be smart enough to know beforehand if their PC can actually handle a game in the first place.
