Those new forum things...

Yeah, I went and made another forum. I can't just give up on three years of stupidly making these things. When the temptation comes....I just can't resist.

The new board is currently being set-up. The difference between this and the hundreds of others (Ragnarok, Point Blank, that green board I don't remember the name of) is that it is the official evolution of GUO. Like GUO was made from the remnants of the deceased Gamers Unite, New forum will be some clever play on the same title and will be the official "level 2" as it was.

I'm going to set it up, make a few starter threads etc. Also I've chosen to use IF yet again...I know the software is primitive but it's also free, and I'm not willing to shell good money for this at current. Zeta conversions are just around the corner. The reason I didn't go zeta off the bat is because the software is too buggy. We will be able to convert soon, for the time being IF will do the job.

Sorry gaiz. I know I said that my days of this shit were over but c'mon. You didn't really believe that did you? I'll post a link up when I'm done.

I don't expect many, any, or some of you to join. I expect you all to shake your heads and stay posting here...but at the end of the day I'm not working on GUO any more. I stopped running it a long time ago. Now it's just gathering dust. Yes you still use it, but it's too dated and ancient. It creaks when we walk across it.

It's time to move up a gear. All who wish to join me will soon have that chance.

Morpheus: I'd like to build the thing myself. Adding forums, images and a skin before I even open the site. I know you are impatient to get posting but for now it's still early days.
