  Besides my annoyance at the over and improper use of the word "epic", I see no reason why relations with this group might be to our detriment. I look forward to relations with this alliance.

Official Declaration From The Gholgoth Regional Alliance

Subject: Reestablishment of the Gothic Embassy Initiative

Salutations,

The Gholgoth Regional Alliance, on behalf of the Council of Gothic Lords, does henceforth declare the reestablishment of the Gothic Embassy Initiative ( GEI ), and furthermore the reestablishment of embassy row. The initiative, which was originally started at the very birth of this alliance, was cancelled and set to rest in 2010 in light of the defunctive nature of various Gothic allies possessing embassies within almighty Gholgoth, particularly from our brothers of the New Alliance Treaty Organization, the Mucro Imperial Alliance, the Mekugian Commonwealth, the Aggressive Defensive Alliance of Nations, and the Corporate Alliance. It is believed that the establishing of new bonds with the greater international community is within the best interests of all involved parties.

Henceforth the Gholgoth Regional Alliance shall be accepting and reviewing applications for embassies within Gholgoth. Whilst individual nations are allowed to apply for individual embassies within Gothic nations, the Gholgoth Regional Alliance itself shall only be accepting embassies on behalf of alliances, organizations, and coalitions. Nonetheless, individual nations interested in developing diplomatic relations with Gothic nations are encouraged to apply for embassies within individual Gothic states.

The following terms and conditions apply to embassies within Gholgoth:
    I) Anything entering the region of Gholgoth itself will be subjected to a search for weapons and other objects of potential concern. All peoples entering the Gholgoth region on behalf of a foreign entity shall be subject to a backround check and the disclosure of their personal records shall be requested, and non-compliance of said request shall result in the cancellation of an embassy.

    II) Armed personnel are prohibited from entering Gholgoth, and foreign entities interested in protecting their ambassadors are offered the opportunity to personally select agents to guard/protect their representatives. These agents are trusted employees of the private military company Black Century International, and said agents can guarantee the safety of any ambassador. Exceptions to this rule can be made upon request, however no guarantees are promised herein.

    III) Vehicles may be present at embassies, however aircraft other than helicopters are prohibited from being present at embassy sites.

Gholgoth wishes to see the second incarnation of its embassy initiative prosper, and with its resurrection the formation of new alliances and bonds is desirable. Embassy applications may be addressed and sent to the Foreign Affairs Office of Milograd, and such will the be reviewed by the Council of Gothic Lords itself.

That is all. May new brotherhoods form, may a new dawn rise over.

Any questions, comments, or concerns may be posted in this thread, insofar as OOC tags are used. IC responses to the declaration are obviously encouraged. Interest in establishing embassies within Gholgoth on behalf of an alliance/coalition/organization should be posted here ICly, and if your application is accepted I will create a sub-forum here for your particular alliance. You can utilize this forum to keep Gholgoth informed of happenings concerning your organization, and if you happen to have a off-site forum/on-site thread we can do the same. To post in the forum linked above, you must sign up for Gholgoth's forums. It's a rather quick process.

While not totally relevant to the roleplay itself, individual nations interested in establishing embassies within Gothic nations are advised to TM said players about such. Thanks for reading!
