She has low self-esteem and is obsessed with a war relic she'd named Paracelsus. � Anji Mito, a full-blooded Japanese that's left the Colony in order to find 'That Man' in order to learn about the Gears. He stole the Zessen upon his departure and is sought for capture. � Axl Low, a young man that is originally from the 20th century but was cast into a time warp and arrived in our present time. He is currently searching for a way back home. � Baiken, a warrior that suffered the loss of her parents, right arm, and left eye from the Gear raids years ago. She seeks revenge on 'That Man.' � Bridget, a 12 year old boy that was named and raised as a girl due to the fact that twins were considered bad luck in his village. He seeks to prove his worth by becoming a bounty hunter. � Chipp Zanuff, an American that was a former drug dealer and addict that was taken in by the ninja Tsuyoshi and learned the ways of ninjutsu. After his master's death, he vowed revenge on the Assassin's Guild, as they were the one's responsible. � Erica Bartholomew, the seventeen year old president of A Country ( formerly USA ) who was protected by Chipp Zanuff ( acting as her body guard ) and formed an alliance with Gabriel, the president of Zepp, after ridding her nation of the Syndicate. � Faust, formerly a kind surgeon who went mad after losing a girl to surgery and became a murderer. After his imprisonment and the first tournament, he was given a second chance to live- seeking the true killers of the girl's death. � I-no, a servant of That Man and a time-traveler who seems to have ties with Sol-Badguy. � Jam Kuradoberi, a former bounty hunter who now runs a restaurant in China that specializes in cooking and Ki martial arts. � ~~Kliff Undersn~~, the former leader of the Holy Knights. � Kuro-Ky, a clone of Ky Kiske that is the epitome of the Holy Knight's darkness and wickedness. He seeks to rid himself of his other half. � Ky Kiske, the leader of the Scared Order of Holy Knights and chief of the Police Force. He seeks to protect the kind-hearted half-Gear, Dizzy, after realizing that not all Gears are wicked. � Potemkin, a former slave-soldier of Zepp that now gratefully serves Gabriel, the president of the nation. � Sharon, an immortal and the wife of Slayer. She is immune to all illnesses and injuries. � Zappa, an Australian man possessed by several spirits who seeks Faust's help to give him relief. Gears � Dizzy, the half-Gear daughter of Justice and a recent addition to the Jellyfish Pirates. Her death was faked by the help of Johnny and Ky Kiske, in which her bounty went to Jam Kuradoberi. � ~~Justice~~, a female command-type Gear the lead a revolt against the human race. She was ultimately defeated by Sol-Badguy. � ~~Leopaldon~~, a female Gear that was operated by a strange man and his dog. Little else is known about it. � Order Sol, before Mr. Badguy went rogue and was apart of the Holy Order. He carries a bigger sword and has a more friendly attitude towards Ky Kiske. � Sol-Badguy, a former Holy Knight and a current bounty hunter and is the prototype Gear. � Testament, the son of Kliff Undersn who became part Gear and has dedicated his life to protecting Dizzy, the half-Gear, after his failure of bringing Justice back into the world. Jellyfish Pirates � April, the pilot of the Mayship and best friend of May. � Augus, a speedy fighter that acts as the Mayship's defender. � Febby, a tall, busty blond that acts as the ship's record keeper. � Janis, a black cat with a shaggy white forelock. � Johnny, leader of the Jellyfish pirates and a constant womanizer. His crew consist of young females and he's added Dizzy to the roster, becoming her protector of bounty hunters. � July, the fourth strongest fighter ( after Dizzy, Johnny, and May ) that dons an eye patch and a sword. � June, the purple-haired navigator of the May Ship. � May, the captain of the May Ship and is of Japanese descend. � March, a pink-haired 3 year old that often trips over her oversized clothing and is seen constantly clinging to a peguin. � Novel, the ship's mechanic; she's often seen romping around in a red mecha. � Octy, the crew's lookout, despite the fact that her bangs hide her eyes. � Sephy, the janitor. Assassins Guild � Eddie/Zato1, a man who gave up his sight in order to gain power. His body soon withered and was ultimately killed by Millia Rage before Eddie, the shadow beast, took it over and still uses it as a host. � Millia Rage, an orphan due to the Crusade who was take into the Assassin's Guild and was trained to use her hair as a weapon. She later escaped the guild, as she despised the life of an assassin but is constantly haunted by Zato1/Eddie. � Slayer, an immortal vampire that is the founder of the Assassin's Guild. He takes over upon Zato1's death and seeks to restore balance. � Venom, another orphan of the Crusades who became ever loyal to Zato, even in his death. He's the rival of both Millia Rage and Faust. � ~~Volf~~, an assassin of the Syndicate who killed Tsuyoshi and sought to thwart the alliance between A Country and Zepp; however, Tsuyoshi's student intervened and stopped his actions. He was later killed by Venom due to his failure. Others � Raven, thought to be the parallel persona of Axl Low, he is one of the three servants of That Man. � ~~Robo-Ky~~, a mechanical clone of Ky Kiske, which sought to run amuck and begin chaos. He is later remodeled to become Robo-Ky Mk II. � Robo-Ky Mk II, the remodeled version of Robo-Ky that refounded his loyalties to an unknown scientist. Non-Playable � Gabriel, the president of Zepp. � That Man, the one responsible for the Gears. Many seek him out either for answers or for revenge.
