They saved the cheerleader, but what happened to the world? After defeating Sylar in an epic battle and saving New York City, as well as his brother's political campaign, Peter Petrelli finally has time to breathe. Time to live a normal life and return to the nursing career he had once dreamed of.

Or Not.

Turns out, Sylar isn't dead. He's just in hiding, waiting to take down as many of our heroes as he can. At the top of his list is Peter himself. In the five years since Peter supposedly defeated Sylar, humans and heroes have learned to coexist. Prejudice is still a big factor though, and many of those who find themselves with powers tend to keep them to themselves, only using them when needed.

The Linderman Group continues their intensive research on the Heroes, and continues to try and manipulate and control their lives for a reason unknown to those who are not a part of the group.

The Company, run by Mr. Bennet, is still researching the evolved humans and trying to track as many as they can. Their goal is to protect those humans who exhibit powers.

It's the year 2012. Sylar is back, and the lives of our heroes are about to change once again.


Note: For rp purposes, canon characters who have been killed in the TV Show are considered to be alive. Why? If you think about it, you wouldn't like it if we forced you to kill your character just because the show killed them, you know?
