DMX was a better performer than Jay ever was in his prime though, and during the Rocafella/Ruff Ryders tour the crowds got way more hype for Ruff Ryders |

jay performs pretty simply- stands in one place most of the time and moves his other hand (not mic hand) slowly.
thats what DMX is pointing out (although he shouldve just fucking calmed down a bit lol). DMX is way more energetic live and hes a phenomenal performer. jay is also a phenomenal performer in the way that his live shows sound alot like whats on wax but he doesnt do all the little things to make it more exciting like DMX and Busta do |

i dont get how some drug addicts that go to jail for a few years just go right back to the same drugs when theyre out... arent you cut off from drugs when youre in jail? wouldnt you get clean and be glad that youre clean because know the consequences of doing these drugs?

Jay-z is calm so his performances reflect that I can't see jay jumping around and runnin and shit even when he performed with linkin park he wasn't all crazy and shit. Jay is a dope performer becuz he doesn't scream into the mic (a mic makes you loud already and some rappers forget that) I know what X meant by "his music has no soul behind it" which is true becuz jay already made it he doesn't put that passion in hism usic no more.

Crooked I has beef with DMX
thats everybody who gets money. how can you rap about the proverty in urban enivernments when you living in mansions? you get a little detached but thats understandable. and I agree Jay is a good proformer just different from DMX |
