[Charmaine Sheh]

Maybe it was just her. Maybe it was just her mind playing weird and decitful tricks. Charmaine ran her hand through her dark hair as she slowly walked through the corridors on the fifth floor. The Asian was puzzled to say at the least. The new students of the school were definitely puzzling by all means. They were different Charmaine knew but she just quite couldn't figure out why.

"It's probably something stupid." She muttered to herself outloud, as she stumbled slightly on an uneven cobblestone. Regaining her balance, she sighed. She wanted to get to the bottom of the mystery and find out what was going on.

[Hugo Woods]

"Why hellooo." Hugo said, appearing around the corner. Yes, he was right. He could SENSE female presence a mile away. He grinned at the girl, and then rushed forward as she stumbled. "Are you okay?" He asked, his sea green eyes wide as he held her steady. "That could of been a er...nasty fall." He winked. The charm was on, the smile was perfect.

Oh Hugo, you naughty thing! He thought to himself as he allowed his hand to fall back to his side. "I'm Hugo by the way. Hugo Jermaine Woods." Aaaand...there was the eyebrow wiggle.

Jumping slightly as a voice appeared out of nowhere, she was still grateful that he had prevented her from falling in front of him and making a fool of herself. "Thanks." She said, looking up at him, faint red dots creeping up on her cheeks as she noticed his brilliant green eyes. Oh, how she had a weakness for green eyes.

Realizing that he had asked her a question, she quickly responded, hoping he wouldn't notice her admiration for him. "I'm alright." She murmured. Hearing him introduce himself, Charmaine steadied her nerves and gave him a bright smile. "Charmaine Sheh." She said, introducing herself also.

Smile faltering a little, she held back a giggle. Was that an eyebrow wiggle?

[Hugo Woods]

Hugo beamed. "It's my pleasure. I wouldn't have want you to hurt yourself..." For a moment, he forgot his flirty charm and was being generally...sweet. Weird. He cleared his throat, and blinked. EEE. Ohhh, she was bluuushing how cuute! He flashed his peraly white teeth and chuckled.

"Nice to meet you Charmaine." Hugo held out his hand for her to shake. Normally, he would have gone for the kiss on the cheek, but this girl seemed generally nice. And he needed a REAL friend who was a girl. He didn't tend to have friends who were girls...just girlfriends. Hehee.

Charmaine laughed. Not hurt herself? Sometimes it was a daily thing. The girl was kind of klutzy...at the worst moments and she hated it. But for today at least, it turned out to be a good thing. Stretching out her hand, she shook his hand. Wasn't this a formal introduction. She thought to herself wryly.

"It's nice to meet you too." She said geniunely. It was tough making new friends at Hogwarts especially since everyone seemed to be already dead set in their cliques and social groups. Charmaine wasn't one to put herself out there to force them to accept her either. "So..." She said, trying to think of a topic that they could discuss. Charmaine had the biggest urge to ask him about his opinions on the new students but she wasn't sure that everyone would suspect anything weird like here. "How's the term been for you?" She asked, playing with the hem of her purple bubble top.

[Hugo Woods]

Hugo smiled briefly, and glanced at his watch. "Terms been...interesting. I'm utterly intreged by those new kids." He commented, wrinkling his nose. Yes, there was certainly something odd about those newbies. They were all Night Class students, all amazingly beautiful and all...different. He couldn't put his finger on it. "I'm terribly sorry, but I am actually on my way back to the common room!" He laughed, checking his watch again. He HAD to beat Ophelia back.

"So I'll see you round." He winked. gave her a quick squeezy Hugo hug, and then disappeared around the corner. Hehehe.

Flinching slightly as he brought up the topic of the Night Students, Charmaine thought for a second that Huge was capable of mind reading. But than again, the Night students were what everyone was talking about lately. "Yeah, they're extremely...different." She finished lamely. She really had no words to describe them and their pale flawless skin and the grace that they had.

"Oh." She said, taking a quick glance at her watch too, before she was squeezed into a hug. "Well, I'll see you." She said sort of breathless. Looking at him, she gave him a quick smile and slowly began to walk away. "It was nice meeting you Hugo." She said, fluttering her lashes at him.

[Piper Jackson]

Piper was walking slowly through the corridors, her blond waves bouncing slightly as she walked. She wasn't headed anywhere specific really, she was just wandering. She pulled her cloak tighter around her and shivered slightly at the breeze that fluttered in through the window. Her silvery blue eyes took in the clouds and she hoped there would be no thunderstorms. She did not like them at all.

[Peter Blood]

Peter was wondering through the castle as to get a better feel for it. See the inside as well as the outside. See the levels and what they held. he could smell human on this floor so he made sure to slow down. Acting human like so that he didnt draw attention. he could ask one of them to help him. he saw a girl as he walked up behind her." Excuse me. May i ask you a question?" he asked her.

[Piper Jackson]

Piper jumped a little as she heard a male voice behind her. The voice took her completely by surprise, as she had not heard any footsteps. She spun around and looked up at the man who was standing before her. Y..yes. What would you like to know?" She asked him softly, her eyes a bit wide as she took in his appearance.

[Peter Blood]

he gave her a smile as he chuckled a bit. Apparently he had frightened her." I didnt mean to frighten you. I was just having a look around. You wouldnt happen to know where the teachers offices are? Would you?" he asked." I would very much like to meet the cullens." he waited as he still had the books in his hands.

[Piper Jackson]

Piper shook her head. "Oh it is okay, I was probably just distracted and I didn't hear you." She said smiling up at him. "The teachers offices?" She repeated his question. "I think that would depend on the teacher you are looking for, for wherever their class room in, their office is usually by their classroom.." She said smiling. "The Cullens? I have not met them either actually." She nodded. "I have heard about them though."

[Peter Blood]

No she just didnt hear him. That was it. "Right the teachers office." hmm. at least the humans seemed to stay away from the cullens." I was looking for carslie cullen. You wouldnt happen to know where he would be?" he asked her as he didnt know much about this place." Would that be in the teachers office as well?"

[Piper Jackson]

Piper was thoughtful for a second as she mulled over the man's words. "I am not sure actually, I am sorry." She said softly. "What does he teach, do you know?" She asked him curiously. Maybe if he knew that, she could direct him to the right floor.
