Hey, everyone.

Lately I've been seeing negative posts in made on franchise and pitch threads that I find completely out of line. Therefore I propose that on the franchise board only the initial poster and the franchise pricer may respond. And on the pitching board only the pitchee and a studiohead can reply.

I would encourage the admin to implement this to prevent the opportunity for flame wars to occur and to prevent a players confidence or creativity being undermined.

I don't know about the pitching board. I've received very useful feedback on pitches from non-studcio heads.

The franchise board? Sure, whatever.

I'm all for giving everyone who posts here an equal and fair chance, whether you agree with them or not. Discretion should be used if replying to what one person thinks is perfectly reasonable. If he wants to work on a franchise, that's his choice. If you disagree, fine, just don't be a jerk.

How's that for basic non-commitment? :D

As long as there's no personal attacks, I don't see a problem.
