Acne Scars, huge red spots!

hey new here. so I have these fairly big spots on my face from yes pickin my zits. Im swearing to stop tho so I wont get into that, but how do I get rid of the spots I have already caused?! I have this 'scarzone' cream to get rid of it and have been using that but it hasnt done much yet... any ideas? Thanx!

Hmm! When I had a blemishes I used Coco Butter and it helped fade them when i was younger.. Then if that doesnt work use Mederma which u can buy at walmart...

Haha, I have this lil red line on my nose because my dad came up and popped it and Im like nooooo!!! ..Its still there from like last August.. dry.gif

i had strech marx on my legs,and i used coco butter,that helped,but toya is right,mederma would work too

Just stop pickin at your face cuz it only makes it worse when you pick at em.. Juss use merderma its gauranteed to work...

Hey, I'm on the same boat as you. I pick my pimples too and it's so hard for me to stop! I read in a book that if you pick or pop a pimple (I know it sounds gross..sorry!), you're not guaranteed that you're scarred for life. Some scars to go away...but that won't stop you from keep picking your pimples!

Just try your best to avoid picking your pimples...and I should be doing this as well!
