How do *you* imagine recruitment?

It doesn't matter, but this is how I imagine it: A bunch of Wizzrobes are in Snowhead with like millions of applications from every unit that can join my army without starting war. So, millions get denied since I am only accepting certain units. (Like right now, a random 100 Garo, 50 Dinolfos, and 50 Ice Bats are being accepted). Then a letter is sent to their house/cave/lair/whatever telling them they are now part of my army. They then trek up Snowhead where they our outfitted and told all our secrets and disciplined and raped and slapped and trained all in 2 minutes, then they are assigned patrols or to laze about until a battle.

I recruit them one at a time (they just keep respawning like in the game) untill I have the days 200.

The way I see it, I have a few guys yelling in the streets to join the army and then in the shadows, I have a group of mafia thugs kidnapping and enlisting people.

Or old ikanian soldiers are coming back to serve their king
