[the hunts]

This forum is basically where people set up little quests, or tasks, for people to accomplish in exchange for some money or other things. It could be to take down that huge big monster in front of your door, or just go find some stuff. Heck, it could even to just go deliver a letter. Whatever!

A mark is a type of quest associated with beating down a monster. Whether it is a big furry rabbit or a big ol' dragon, it doesn't really matter. Just provide a little description of where the monster is, what it looks like, and then just fill out the rest of the template (given below). A few examples will be given down below.

i. Both quests and marks are given a difficulty, ranging from easy to hard. Pick your battles wisely. Some might be too hard so tone it down a little.

ii. Quests and marks can be taken by anyone. It could be for one person alone or a party together.

iii. To post up a quest, just make a new topic with the title of the quest/mark and then use the template to describe it!

iv. Accepting it is even easier. Just put a reply on the quest thread saying that you want to take part of the quest and the quest maker will tell you if you're accepted or not.

So. For all of you hoping to challenge others, use this template!

Basic:
CODE
[b]Quest title.[/b]
[b]Objective.[/b] if a mark, say mark
[b]Difficulty.[/b] easy, medium, or hard. very simple
[b]Time limit.[/b] this is optional, although some people want to put some limits on their quests.
[b]Area.[/b] where the quest/mark is located
[b]Rewards.[/b] the reward typically contains gil and other stuff, but of course, it depends on how generous you are.
[b]Description.[/b] what is the quest about?

One last thing. The people that post up the quest thread also have to make the thread for the quest itself. Just put a link to the quest and a link back to the quest thread.
