Well, the Summer League has gotten under way. And I decided to make this thread so people can talk about who will win teh Championship this year. Will it be Boston for the 18th time? Will the Lakers bounce back and win the Finals? Who will be League MVP? Who will be the dominant defensive player of the year? Who will be rookie of the year? Discuss here.

I really, REALLY think that moving the Sonics to Oklahoma City is a REALLY stupid idea.

The Sonic s administration is retarded for the move. Sheer stupidity, I say. It's in freaking Oklahoma. Their fan base just fell into a bottomless chasm on this one.

I like Marrese Speights. He played phenomenally well with the 76ers.

Watch out for my 76ers. They WILL make a push to challenge Boston.

The Atlantic improved greatly as well, with Philly getting Brand and Jermaine O'Neal in Toronto.

psh, it's all about the Central. As I said in the thread at KHI, the Bulls can dominate if they get a veteran big-man that won't let them down like a certain somebody. (*coughBenWallacecough*) Then, resigning Ben Gordon and Luol Deng is a move they HAVE to do. Luol is perhaps the best forward they have, and Gordon is their best shooting guard.

Best Bulls Lineup:

Derrick Rose - PG (Or Captain Kirk)
Ben Gordon - SG (If they re-sign him)
Luol Deng - SF (If he is re-signed.)
Drew Gooden/Tyrus Thomas - PF
Veteran Big Man - C

And their new coach needs to work on the Bulls offense. In my opinion, the Bulls have one of the grittiest defenses in the League (yes, that's a good thing), but they just need to shut their opponents down from beyond the arc.

My vote for Rookie of the Year would be either Derrick Rose, Michael Beasley, or O. J. Mayo. But, hell, Danilo Gallinari might surprise us just like Brandon Roy did in the 06-07 season.

Beasley will take Rookie of the Year Honors for sure.

Here's what the best thing the 76ers could put on the floor with their current roster:

PG- Andre Miller
SG- Andre iguodala
SF_ Thad Young
PF- Elton Brand
C- Sammy Dalembert

Plus, Lou Williams, Willie Green, Marrese Speights, Jason Smith, and Reggie Evans off the bench. Great roster for the 76ers
