Slavery= The state of one bound is the property of a slaveholder or household.
Freedom= Where you are let free from somewhere like prison.
Racist= Discrimination or prejudice based on race.
Trade= The act or an instance of buying or selling transaction.
Persecute= To annoy persistently, bother
Lynching= To execute without due process of law, especially to hang, as by a mob.
Civil rights= The rights belonging to an individual.
segregate= To separate or isolate from others or from a main body or group.
slavers= People who are treated very bad.
colonisation= The act of colonizing.
Middle passage= The jooourney from the slaves home to europe.
plantation= large estate or farm on which crops are raised, often by resident workers.
emancipation=The condition of being emancipated.
Malcolm X=American activist. A member of the Black Muslims.
Ku Klux Klan=A secret society organized in the South after the Civil War to reassert white supremacy by means of terrorism.
abolitionists=Advocacy of the abolition of slavery.
discrimination=The act of discriminating.
Martin Luther King=A black person of America.
Arkansas=A state of the south-central United States bordered on the east by the Mississippi River.

Slavery= Where a person is forced to do work without pay.
Freedom= where you can do what ever you want.
Racist= when a person is prejudiced against another person because of the colour of their skin.
Trade= Goods and slaves were sold for money or more goods. This is trading.
Persecute= To actively discriminate against someone.
Lynching= A mob may lynch, or forcefully evict someone. The law is not involved.
Civil rights= An individual's personal rights.
segregate= Black people were separated from whites because it was thought they were inferior.
slavers= The people who control the slaves.
colonisation= A foreign country is used for people of the home country to live in.
Middle passage= The slave's voyage to other countries from their homeland.
plantation= A farm used for growing crops to be sent back home. Worked on by slaves.
emancipation= Slaves are being freed! Yay!
Malcolm X= An important American Muslim who worked against racism.
Ku Klux Klan= A society who work against black people. They want to kill black people.
abolitionists= People who support the stoppage of slavery.
discrimination= The act of prejudice against a certain people.
Martin Luther King= A famous black activist who worked for equality among blacks and whites.
Arkansas= A state of the United States.

Slavery= capturing people, forcing them to work for people but not earning any thing
Freedom= you have rights and can be yourself, not having to do what people tell you to.
Trade= a business, people buying and selling items
Civil rights= the things an individual person can do
Segregate= apart from the rest, seperatingone thing/group fron another
Colonisation= people who settle into a new country
Plantation= estate for growing tea & tobacco, like a farm
Emancipation= set free!
Malcom x= a black muslim, working against racism
Ku klux klan= a seecret society organzed in countries during the civil war
Amendment= correct or alter something
Racist= discriminating/prejudjing or picking on someone because of the colour of their skin
Persecute= abuse because of race
Lynching= put to death without trial
Slavers= someone who works without pay and has no freedom
Middle passage= a journey for slaves from their homeland to another county where they will be sold
Abolitionists= people working to abolish slavery
Discrimination= when you act on your prejudiceand treat some people better than others because of what you believe adout them.
Martin Luther King= a black man who worked for black peoples rights
Arkansas= a state in the U.S.A

Discrimination- Judging people before you've got to know them
Martin Luther King- A person who also tried to stop racism
