Hey Guys,
Lots of these floating about the net at the moment and I thought I would get peoples opinions on the ones that would effect us the most.
The first one that comes to mind is the need for 5 models wide to create a 'rank' making our 16 man 4x4 units of skeletons (namely archers reformed) now obsolete.
What's the next step for them? Boosting the numbers or dropping them?
Secondly WS 4 > only to recieve the +1 AS from the hand weapon and shield combination. This would seriously suck for our lowly skeleton warrior, I mean even though they are there to die I think it would be a shame for them to go to a 5+ save.

That would truly ruin the skeletons save and make them very dependable on the magic, which they also tone down :( are they trying to remove the advantages of the Undead? we must get some sort of change that benefits us?
I think this topic will be almost the same as the one in TK discussion. You might want to check it out. Especially the thing about fast cavalry and rank bonusses annoys me as I like to put chariots in people's flanks. Ws4+ for parry bonus doesn't matter that much; I'm still gonna give my skellies shields because 5+ is better than 6+ and spears are expensive. For the record, I always make ranks of 5 with 20+ skellie blocks, only the units of archers that are 16 are ranked up in 4 per rank.
There are a lot of false rumours around and to be honest we don't know which are which at the moment, the fast calvary flank thing seems to have been droped as has the HW+S for ws 4, but we will not know for a whiile and the other thread has gone over this area several times, so although this is in the right place lets keep the discustion to one thread.
