The Quartermaster App is back on Itunes http://quartermasterapp.com/ but it now doesn't come with the army lists to avoid legal problems with GW.

Instead you create your own template for each army that you can then share with others. I've created a template for the Tomb Kings minus special characters so if anyone has the app and wants it PM me (it needs emailing so I can't post it on here).

Also if anyone has any templates for any of the other army books I'd be grateful if I could have copies.
