Can anyone carify if this will affect your shooting as well?
Stormbanner: xx points May be activated at the beginning of any Players turn. No unit on the field may use the flying rule, and all shooting suffers a additional -1 penalty. All non-magical shooting attacks not using the BS characteristics (like Cannons, Stone throwers, Breath weapons) may only be used at a roll of 4+. |

nope it does not reduse our bs so doesn't work

I think it would affect the catapult, however. I'm not really sure if that's a big deal since a properly built Skaven army nowadays as they are MUCH harder to panic if built properly.

ssc does magical damage so i dont tink it is effected

When it says "may be activated at the beginning of any player's turn", that implies to me that it is one use only, except the description you provided doesn't say it is one use only. Does that mean the skaven player could use it every turn?
I'm just asking because a magic banner which can make all flying units totally useless for the entire game seems a little broken, my carrion are slightly worried about this one. --------------------

raw yes but they just forgot to edit the tekst in the englich book(belief the german version for example does contain the one use)
