Just bouncing a few ideas off people for a name and/or a backstory for my High priest.
He will be my Hierophant in majority of games, and so far he preforms well... Except in turn 5... For 6 games in a row now he has been sucked into the warp (I should start giving him the earthing rod) but its usually pretty funny now. An what's a game without a bit of fun? So any ideas? -------------------- 8th Edition Tomb Kings

In some traditions you take a phrase that you want to give to the name as a meaning and make the name out of those words. Something to the effect of "He whom the Gods have taken".
I've tried hunting down a translation for this phrase but so far all I can come up with is "Who God Captured" nety (or sy) Ntyr Keta *shrugs* I just glomped the words together for: Neykefatyr -or- Kefasytyr You can play with it a bit. ^_- just say it means "He whom is often suck into the warp by vengeful divines" or something [P.S.] This is as a result of several Google searches so.. take with a grain of salt. O_- ... I can't remember where the 'F' in the two names came from.. -------------------- I look only to the good qualities of men. Not being faultless myself, I won't presume to probe into the faults of others.

Unfortunately there's precious few Ancient Egyptian translators out there. There's one or two that are direct 'alphabetical' converters, but from what I've been able to find, none that will do word-by-word translations.
