ENTRY TWO HUNDRED AND EIGHTTEEN – Mean ’O’ Beasts

note: opponnet used High Elves as some Beastman, we at gaming group call them the High Beasts laugh.gif .

I am very confident we can put a end to this foul beastman today, nothing can stand against the might of out two war-sphinx’s, nothing at all.

First turn I channeled just a bit too much raw magical power, the backlash was something to be felt for it burnt my mind and dazed my ability to cast. Ra-num and Ra-atem both took themselves into our foul opponents. Ra-num and Sur-ra and his holy warriors were all undone by a unit of great weapon wielding beastman. But our beloved king hacked down their general before issuing his powerful curse to damn their unholy souls.

Thanks to Khepri and his powerful charge Ra-atem and his warriors survived their first combat, but failed their second as the evil Doombull charged itself into their flank while locked in combat with some ungors. The real hero of today was Nurg, he ran down the hateful unit of great weapon wielding beastman with their battle standard then charging the unit of Minotaur’s in the rear, hacking them down when they fled and ran.

In the end I was left with both our war-sphinx’s despite the beast-host throwing another chariot and their dreaded Doom-bull at Nurg, Ha! We saw the end of them, I had no doubt.

No doubt at all..

BATTLE HONORS : Prissy for Nurg!
BATTLE NOTES : Note to self: do not cast anything HUGE on first turn again?
